We provide ongoing support to your teams, with one series of sessions per level. Each level builds upon the previous one, incorporating more advanced case studies and techniques. A single series of Level 1 sessions is sufficient to get a team onboarded; subsequent levels establish sustainable business practices and prepare for the transition to agents. How does this differ from a traditional conference or training session?
In a Prompt Party, no one just watches: each participant uses their own tool for an hour on their own files, with a facilitator who guides, corrects, and shows the results. This format is what increased regular AI usage from 20% to 72% in four waves at Bristol Myers Squibb, where licensing alone had plateaued. Masterclass, a one-hour format, remains the right size to raise awareness among a large number of people before having them practice.
My teams already use AI for writing: what more would they learn?
This is the most common scenario, and precisely the strength of the format. Writing and summarizing are only part of what the tool can do. In one hour, participants test, using their own files, research with verifiable sources, data and verbatim analysis, structured brainstorming, and coaching before a difficult decision or interview. Most leave with two or three uses they hadn't considered and begin using them again the following week.
How many sessions are required, and are all four levels mandatory?
A Level 1 session enables a team of twelve people to use the software independently on a daily basis. For a team of 60 people, expect a series of five sessions, often held on the same day. Subsequent levels are not mandatory: most programs begin with Levels 1 and 2 for the entire team, then reserve Levels 3 and 4 for the roles that benefit most, on a monthly or quarterly basis. Each level is self-contained; the order of the sessions is determined with you after each series, based on assessments and observed usage.
What tool is the session taking place on?
On yours. We facilitate on Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise or Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, an open-source solution deployed locally, or your secure internal assistant, within your tenant and without third-party tools. Each participant uses their own account, ensuring that what is learned is immediately applicable the next day.
How is a Prompt Party prepared?
A 30-minute discussion with a subject matter expert or a survey of participants provides us with real-world work situations to address. We develop the session plan, you approve it, and then the session is facilitated either in person or remotely. A summary booklet is provided afterward, and the evaluations, along with verbatim comments, are shared with you.
Do you offer distance learning and English?
Yes. All sessions are available both in person and remotely, in French and English. We have facilitated multilingual training sessions for Airbus in four countries and for Ceva Animal Health in seven.
Can you train several hundred employees?
Yes, this is the most common approach with our clients. Deployment is organized in waves of one-hour sessions for twelve participants, until the target teams are covered, with a network of internal ambassadors who maintain usage between waves and can eventually lead the sessions themselves. We provide participation tracking and adoption measurements at 30 and 90 days, as requested by your training department.
Can this be used as a team building activity or as a highlight of a seminar?
Yes. The Prompt Party is available in a large format for seminars, conventions, and team-building days: from 15 to several hundred participants, in person, remotely, or in a hybrid format, with real-world case studies worked on by teams and a group debriefing. Who leads the sessions?
Flavien Besset, founder of NextStart.AI, designs each program and leads the sessions, with NextStart trainers experienced in the method on large-scale projects. They all use these tools daily and have been training teams from major organizations in generative AI since 2023: Bristol Myers Squibb, Airbus, CNES, Alptis, Agirc-Arrco, Ceva.
How soon can we organize a first wave?
The process is short: a written proposal within 24 business hours, a 30-minute discussion with a subject matter expert, a plan approved with you, and then the session on the agreed date. A few weeks are generally sufficient between your request and the first session, depending on your schedules and the number of groups to be planned.

Do you train individuals or students?
No. NextStart only works with organizations, providing in-house training: large companies, groups, public institutions, and associations. We do not offer individual courses or open-enrollment inter-company sessions.
