Who we train
International teams of French groups
Headquarters teams working with colleagues abroad, international business units, English-speaking project teams.
Foreign companies with an office in France
Paris-based teams of international companies whose working language is English.
Multi-country remote teams
Teams spread across several countries, trained remotely on Teams in sessions scheduled for their time zones.
Bilingual teams
Mixed groups of French and English speakers: the session runs in English, questions and exercises work in both languages.
Three ways to run it
- On site: in your offices in Paris and across France, or in another European city on request. Each participant practises on their own laptop with the trainer in the room.
- Remote, across time zones: interactive sessions on Teams or your own video tool, with live polls, breakout rooms and timed exercises. Morning sessions (Paris time) suit Asia and Africa, afternoon sessions suit the Americas.
- By department: one programme per team, built on its own tasks (marketing, sales, finance, HR, legal and compliance, customer service, management), after a 30-minute scoping call with a team lead.
Programmes
- Prompt Party® (1 hour or half a day): the hands-on starting point. Each participant learns to write effective prompts and applies them to their own work.
- Department sessions (1.5 hours or half a day): each team redoes its three most time-consuming tasks with AI, from client emails to reporting.
- Agent Party® (1 hour or half a day): participants build their first AI agents without code, with Copilot Agent Builder, custom GPTs, Claude Projects or Gemini Gems.
- Cowork Party® (1 hour or half a day): delegating a complete, multi-step piece of work to Copilot Cowork, Claude Cowork or ChatGPT.
- One-to-one coaching for executives: two 2-hour sessions, or four half-days for a full programme ending with a 12-month AI roadmap.
- AI ambassadors (2 × half a day): an internal network that keeps usage going after the training, in every country.
The detailed pages are in French: Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, training by department. We send the programme in English with our proposal.
How it works
- Scoping call: 30 minutes to understand your teams, countries, languages, AI tool and security constraints.
- Proposal within one business day: programme in English, format, schedule and price.
- Preparation with a team lead: real cases are selected and anonymised, exercises are set up in your tool.
- Sessions: hands-on workshops, with a support booklet and the prompts and agents built during the session.
- Follow-up: satisfaction survey and, on request, adoption measured at 30 and 90 days.

Frequently asked questions
Can you train our team in English?
Yes. Sessions, exercises and the support booklet can be fully in English. For mixed groups, the session runs in English and each participant can work in English or French.
Can you train teams in several countries at once?
Yes. Remote sessions are scheduled for each region’s time zone: Paris mornings for Asia and Africa, Paris afternoons for the Americas. The same programme is repeated wave after wave until every team is trained.
Do remote sessions stay interactive?
Yes. Every participant practises on their own computer, with live polls, breakout rooms and timed exercises on real cases. Our webinars for Agirc-Arrco have been rated up to 9.5 out of 10.
Which AI tools do you train on?
The one your organisation has approved: Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, Mistral or an in-house assistant. We train inside your environment, without third-party tools.
Is our data safe during the training?
Yes. Exercises use anonymised or rebuilt examples, and no confidential document is sent to a public model. The session ends with the rules your teams should follow: what they can share with an AI tool and what they never should.
How much does it cost?
€1,300 to €1,800 per half-day and €1,800 to €2,600 per full day, for up to twelve participants (excl. tax), with lower rates when sessions are run in waves. We send a written proposal within one business day.
Who leads the sessions?
Flavien Besset, founder of NextStart.AI, or a trainer from the team trained in the same method. The trainer’s name is in the proposal, and you can meet them in a 30-minute call before signing.
