Teaching ChatGPT to an entire organization
Training one team and training eight hundred people presents two very different challenges. At this scale, the difficulty is no longer pedagogical: employees are spread across multiple sites and countries, their skill levels vary considerably, the IT department wants to maintain control over the data, and the training department must report on what has been accomplished. We are deploying ChatGPT in waves, with the same workshop repeated as many times as necessary, in both French and English, and an internal network that takes over between sessions.
The same workshop was repeated, wave after wave, until all the relevant teams were covered: each person wrote their first useful prompts and filed their work in a Project folder within their own files. This format allowed us to bring together several hundred employees at a single client site without ever tying anyone up for more than an hour.
Management, marketing, HR, legal, finance, purchasing: each function works on the three tasks that cost it the most time and redoes them with ChatGPT, its agents and Deep Research, until the use is acquired and not just seen.
In an organization of several thousand people, a practice only survives if it has internal support. FAQ
Free ChatGPT, Plus, Business or Enterprise: what's the difference?
The offerings are distinguished primarily by their accessible models, usage limits, administrative functions, and data processing capabilities. Professional offerings add centralized account management, connector control, and contractual data guarantees. We provide training on the offering available to your organization and define the scope with your IT department prior to the session.
Is a paid subscription required to participate?
Not for discovery: the fundamentals of prompting can be learned with a free account, using only fictional scenarios, as consumer accounts can use conversations to train models. As soon as your real documents come into play, a Business or Enterprise plan is necessary. The Projects, Agents, Deep Research, Connectors, and ChatGPT Work modules all require a paid plan; we adapt the program to the licenses you actually have available.
Is the training suitable for beginners?
Yes. There Prompt Party is designed to include all profiles, including the most reluctant. The formats Agent Party et Cowork Studio then targets teams already comfortable with the fundamentals.
Do you offer distance learning and English?
Yes. All sessions are available in person and remotely, in both French and English. We have already run multilingual programs for international groups.
How can this training be financed?

Can ChatGPT agents be created without a developer?
Yes. A workspace agent is built using natural language, from instructions, reference files, and connected applications, without writing a single line of code. What is ChatGPT Work?
Launched by OpenAI on July 9, 2026, alongside Chat and Codex, ChatGPT Work entrusts AI not with a question but with an objective: it plans and then executes several work steps, relying on a directory of connectors, scheduled tasks, an integrated browser, and, on the desktop application, access to local files. How much does ChatGPT training cost?
A Prompt Party A one-hour ChatGPT session, for up to 12 participants, is booked in packs of three half-day sessions, priced from €1,500 to €2,000 excluding VAT. A full-day in-house training session for 12 people costs between €2,000 and €3,000 excluding VAT, depending on the customization. The quote depends on the number of sessions, adaptation to your specific needs, and the desired adoption rate. This training is eligible for funding through your skills development plan. A written proposal will be provided within 24 business hours, with no obligation.
How to learn ChatGPT in a corporate environment?
In three stages, and based on your own projects. First, a short session to bring everyone up to speed on prompts and workflow organization within Projects. Then, a half-day session per department, where each team revisits its most time-consuming tasks and builds its first agents. Finally, a network of internal ambassadors trained to maintain usage. When your licenses are not yet deployed, we can train you on a demo account to test the tool in a real-world setting; as soon as your licenses are in place, we'll work on your specific projects.
How long does it take to train a team at ChatGPT?
One hour is enough to make a team self-sufficient in daily tasks. Allow half a day for each team member to leave with two to three operational agents for their own processes, and six days spread over four to six weeks to fully implement delegations. Progress is more important than duration: several short, spaced-out sessions are more effective than a single day.
Can you train several hundred employees?
Yes, this is the most common approach with our clients. Deployment is organized in waves of one-hour workshops for twelve participants, both in person and remotely, in French and English, until the target teams are covered. This is complemented by a job-specific learning path for the roles that benefit most, and a network of internal ambassadors who maintain usage between sessions. We provide participation tracking and adoption metrics at 30 and 90 days, as requested by your training department.
Do you train individuals or students?
No. NextStart only works with organizations, providing in-house training: large companies, groups, public institutions, and associations. We do not offer individual courses, ChatGPT training for personal use, or open inter-company sessions.
