Developing business applications
Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot (and Copilot Code in preview), Cursor, Gemini CLI, and Mistral's Vibe Code no longer simply complete a line of code: they read a project, plan, write the code, run tests, and debug. To transform how you build your tools, we teach your business teams to entrust them with real development work, from the first application to its industrialization, using the same logic: specify before coding, delegate in stages, verify the output, and maintain control over both quality and security. From vibe coding to reliable business applications: your teams deliver tested, reviewed, and maintainable tools.

What your teams learn
The same educational thread runs through all formats, with a depth that increases from Party to Studio.
- 1. Specify before codingDefine the need, break down the work, write acceptance criteria that the agent can verify.
- 2. Provide the correct contextInstruction files (AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md), project conventions, useful documentation.
- 3. Managing the agentic loopValidate the plan, let it be executed, know when to interrupt and redirect.
- 4. Check what is producedTests generated and executed, review of changes, Git as a safety net.
- 5. Work safelySecrets, permissions, sandbox, dependencies, code and data confidentiality.
- 6. Going furtherMCP connectors, sub-agents, skills, shared commands and agents in continuous integration.
- 7. Control costsChoose the right model for the right task, track consumption, measure the actual gain.
- 8. TransmitDocument, have proofread, make each tool usable by a colleague.
Applications built by industry professionals
The professional teams
Analysts, engineers, management controllers, project managers, and business experts are building the internal applications, automations, and tools they've been waiting for for months. The challenge is to build something useful and secure, within a framework validated by the IT department. For an initial, non-technical approach, see the capacity Coding with AI To build your own tools in two days, see the training course. Vibe coding in business.
With the support of the technical teams
Developers, data scientists, IT professionals, and the CIO set the framework (authorized tools, repositories, review, production deployment) and also adopt agent-based development to support these business applications. The challenge is to increase speed without creating technical debt.
An agnostic approach
We work with the tool chosen by your IT department and help you make your selection if you haven't already. On launch day, a ready-to-use environment and a central repository prevent any installation on locked-down workstations.
FAQ
Do you need to know how to program to take these courses?
No for the Code PartyWhether it's a one-hour session or a half-day workshop, the "builder" tracks of the Challenge offer a more hands-on approach: participants describe their needs, the facilitator writes the code, and we learn how to verify it. Hackathons and Studio sessions go further: they focus on your own applications and involve your technical teams.
How does it differ from a classic coding assistant?
The assistant suggests lines of code as you type. The code agent receives an objective, explores the project, proposes a plan, modifies several files, runs tests, and fixes its errors. The developer's work then shifts to specification, monitoring, and review.
Does our code remain confidential?
We start with your IT department's policy: authorized tools, enterprise offerings without data reuse, sandboxing, and secrets management. For the most sensitive environments, we work with a virtual repository or sovereign solutions.
Do we need to install anything on the workstations?
Not necessarily. We provide a pre-configured environment accessible from the browser and a checklist to be sent to your IT department three weeks before the session.

Our own tools are developed with code agents
Dashboards, connectors to advertising and analytics platforms, internal automations: at NextStart, these tools are designed, tested, and maintained using Claude Code and Codex. The methods, pitfalls, and safeguards we share come from this daily practice.
