La Code Party, in short
Everything you need to decide, in ten lines. The process, safety guarantees, and price benchmarks are below.
- What it is
- A practical workshop lasting one hour or half a day Twelve participants, each in front of their own screen, watch a coding expert build a complete tool and then have their own built. Neither a lecture nor a passive demonstration: a tool produced during the session.
- What we learn there
- The passage of the code suggestion to the delegation genuine development work, using a reproducible method: specify, delegate, verifyEach person learns to describe the need, validate the agent's plan, review the modifications and have the result tested.
- For who
- The technical teams (developers, data, IT) and the "Builders" professions (analysts, engineers, management controllers, project managers), with no programming prerequisites.
- Duration and rhythm
- 1 hour per session, deployed in waves to cover a team or an entire organization, or half a day so that each participant can deliver their own tool based on a real-world case. The first step in the Code AI range, preceding the Code Challenge, the Code Hackathon, and the Code Studio.
- Where and in what language
- At your premises anywhere in France, or remotely via video conference, with each person coding in their browser. French or English.
- Price
- €1,500 to €2,000 excluding VAT per half-day A package of three one-hour sessions (twelve participants per session, 36 in total) or a continuous group of twelve. Price decreasing by wave ; written quote within 24 hours. See price benchmarks
- On which tool
- The one your IT department authorizes: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot (and Copilot Code in preview), Cursor, Gemini CLI or Vibe Code by Mistral, on your licenses or on demo accounts.
- Safety
- No installation on the workstations, one overarching project and fictional data By default, no secrets are entrusted to the agent. Working on your own code is only possible within the scope validated with your IT department.

Ceva Animal HealthMulti-country deploymentWhat participants in our Party formats say:
"Interactive animation that encourages live manipulation."
"Short, fast-paced, dynamic and effective format."
"Direct, practical, and educational use of the tool."
The unfolding
Two formats depending on your objective. Approximate durations, including breaks, adjusted during framing.
One-hour session: the turning point
The click
- Live demonstration: an agent reads a project, proposes a plan, codes, tests and corrects.
- What changes between autocomplete and the agent.
The Party
Five progressive challenge levels: describe a need, generate a script, have it tested, fix a bug, add a feature to an existing project. Everyone progresses at their own pace, guided by the facilitator.
Good reflexes
Specify before coding, review changes, test systematically, never share secrets, respect IT department policy.
Half-day: each person delivers their tool
Demonstration and method
The agent builds a complete tool right before your eyes. The session method: specify the need, delegate to the agent, verify the result.
Your tool, based on a real-life case
Each participant writes the specification of their tool based on a need of their team, has it built by the agent, tests it and corrects it, accompanied by the facilitator.
Reviewing, sharing, and good habits
Testing and reviewing modifications, instructions for a colleague, overview of delivered tools, security rules and IT department policy.
What the participants build
Automate
A script that sorts, renames, or consolidates files.
Display
A mini dashboard from an export.
A call to a public API and formatting of the result.
Correct
A bug was found and fixed in existing code.
Tester
Written tests to be administered by the agent.
Document
Clear instructions for a colleague to take over the tool.
Who is the game for?
The technical teams
Developers, data and IT professionals discover how a code agent changes their daily work, and how to maintain control over quality.
The "builders" profession
Analysts, engineers, management controllers or project managers see that they can create their own small tools, without knowing how to program.
Security, IT department and animation conditions
The framework is set with your IT department before the first session: authorized tools, scope of work, confidentiality rules.
An agnostic approach
We adapt to the recommendations of your IT department: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot (and Copilot Code in preview), Cursor, Gemini CLI or Vibe Code from Mistral.
Zero installation
A pre-configured environment accessible from the browser and a common thread project: no one wastes time on a locked workstation.
Your code remains at home.
By default, the session takes place on a project timeline and with fictitious data. Working on your own code is only possible within the scope approved by your IT department.
No secrets entrusted to the agent
No password, no API key, no personal data: this rule is part of the program, just like review and testing.
Humans retain control
The agent proposes a plan before taking action; each modification is reviewed and tested before being accepted. Participants learn to recognize what needs to go through the IT department.
An adaptable format
The workshop is offered in French or English, either on-site or remotely via video conference, with each participant coding in their own browser. A booklet is provided to participants.
Price benchmarks
Our rates are in line with the market for AI training in companies. The precise quote depends on the number of sessions, the preparation of case studies, and the tool chosen.
This training is eligible for OPCO and ESF+ funding and can be charged to your skills development plan, provided you submit the documents required by your funding body. A written proposal will be sent within 24 business hours, with no obligation.

FAQ
How much does a Code Party ?
A half-day session costs between €1,500 and €2,000 excluding VAT: this includes either a package of three one-hour sessions, with up to twelve participants per session (36 in total), or a continuous group of twelve, priced at the higher end of the range. The price decreases as sessions are booked consecutively. This training is eligible for funding through your skills development plan. A written proposal will be provided within 24 business hours, with no obligation.
Do you need to know how to program to participate?
No. Business "builders"—analysts, engineers, management controllers, or project managers—describe their needs in natural language, and the agent writes the code: they primarily learn to specify requirements clearly, verify the results, and know when to involve the IT department. Developers, on the other hand, work on an existing project: planning, modifications, testing, and review.
Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot or Cursor: which one to choose?
The one your IT department authorizes. These code agents are based on the same logic taught in the session: read a project, propose a plan, modify the code, run tests, and debug. They differ mainly in their interface, their integration with your tools, and their licensing model. We help you decide during the scoping meeting.
Do I need licenses or do I need to install anything?
No installation is required on the workstations: participants work in a pre-configured environment, accessible via a browser, with a central project. We facilitate the session using your existing licenses if the tool is already deployed, or on demo accounts if it is not yet deployed: the session then becomes a full-scale test before deciding on a deployment.
Are our code and data exposed?
By default, no: the session takes place on a project-based learning path and with fictitious data. Working on your own code or files is only possible within the scope approved by your IT department. Good practices are part of the program: never share secrets (passwords, API keys, personal data), review each change, and test before accepting it.
One hour or half a day: how to choose?
The one-hour session sparks the learning process: each participant watches the agent build a tool, then tackles five progressive challenges. This format is ideal for engaging a team or an entire organization in waves. The half-day session gives each participant time to deliver their own tool based on a real-world case from their team, along with the methodology to replicate it independently: specify, delegate, verify.
And after the Code Party ?
It opens the range AI Code and continues with the Code Challenge of a day, the Code Hackathon and the Code Studio, to go from the first tool to team projects.
Do you offer distance learning, English language instruction, and funding?
Yes: at your premises anywhere in France or remotely, in French or English. Our training courses are eligible for OPCO and ESF+ funding. NextStart is a registered training provider (no. 11756140675): the training program fits into your skills development plan, with the agreement and documents required by your funding body.
