How is the day prepared?
Three weeks prior, a 45-minute meeting with the CEO or sponsor defines the objectives, the committee's level of experience, and the two or three real-world cases that will serve as practical exercises. The tool used is the one approved by your IT department (Copilot M365, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, or an in-house solution). Each participant receives a short questionnaire, the answers to which guide the demonstrations.

FAQ
Full day or half day?
The half-day session brings the committee up to speed and helps identify initial use cases. The full-day session adds practical application to your real-world cases, project arbitration, and the governance framework: this is the format that produces decisions.
Our leaders have very different skill levels. Is that a problem?
No, that's the case for almost all committees. The preliminary questionnaire allows us to form pairs and to pace the demonstrations; the more advanced members act as liaisons during the practice sessions.
What tool do we use during the day?
The one approved by your IT department: Copilot M365, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, or your internal solution. We have already delivered this training using secure internal tools in the aerospace, defense, and healthcare sectors.
What does the deliverable, to be submitted within five days, contain?
The summary of decisions taken during the day, the three projects selected with responsible parties and deadlines, the principles of the framework for use, and a draft roadmap to be presented to the teams.
How much does the day cost?
Between €2,500 and €3,500 excluding VAT for 8 to 10 executives, including preparation and deliverables, depending on the level of customization and travel. Eligible for your skills development plan. Written proposal within 24 business hours.
