A typical 2-hour sequence
An example of a two-hour session, for 60 to 120 participants. We adapt it to your program, your venue, and your objectives.
Opening plenary session
Interactive conference: where AI stands, what it changes in your professions, live demonstrations on your cases, initial challenges with the audience.
Practical workshops
Prompt Party by profession or by team: each person practices on their own situations, with a facilitator, and progresses from level to level.
Closure and continuation
What each person takes away, the commitments of the management, the handing over of the prompt booklet, and the announcement of the post-seminar arrangements.
Logistics and preparation
In event planning, everything starts with the date. Then, three weeks are enough to prepare a tailor-made sequence.
- Prepare in advance : a 30-minute briefing, the collection of three to five use cases representative of your business, validation of the process and materials, then a technical rehearsal the day before or in the morning.
- Home Video projection and microphone for plenary sessions, one computer or tablet per pair for workshops, and a Wi-Fi connection. We provide the materials, the prompt booklet, and the challenges.
- Tools : we facilitate on your tools (Copilot M365, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral or your secure internal assistant) or on our demo accounts if your participants are not yet equipped.
- Safety : no sensitive data is required, the exercises are built on anonymized or fictitious cases validated with you, and we respect the recommendations of your IT department.
- Animation team : one speaker in plenary session, one facilitator per subgroup in workshop, in French or English, in person, remotely or hybrid, including simultaneously across multiple sites or countries.

Can we hire an AI speaker on our own, without workshops?
Yes. The 60- to 90-minute interactive presentation can be booked individually, as an opening act for a seminar, convention, or innovation day, with no capacity limit. The AI-powered speaker uses your real-world situations: live demonstrations, polls, and plenary challenges, in French or English. It can then be followed up with workshops for hands-on practice.
Our participants have very different levels: is that a problem?
No, that's the case for all seminars. The conference engages everyone, and the workshops progress by levels: beginners practice the fundamentals while the more advanced take on more demanding challenges.
Do participants need to have AI licenses?
No. When your licenses are not yet deployed, we can train you on a demo account to test the tool in a real-world setting; as soon as your licenses are in place, we work on your own files. One computer or tablet per pair is sufficient.
Can you customize the exercises for our professions?
That's the principle. We collect three to five use cases per profession or department beforehand, and we build the challenges from your real situations, anonymized if necessary.
How long does it take to prepare the sequence?
Three weeks in general: briefing, case collection, validation of the agenda. We can move faster for a standalone interactive conference.
What happens if the network or tools go down during the event?
We are planning a contingency plan: backup connection, alternative demo accounts and exercises that can be done offline so that the momentum is never interrupted.
How do you measure the effect of the seminar?
A quick evaluation with feedback to the client (notes, verbatim comments, points for improvement), then, if you wish, a measurement of usage at one month and three months, integrated into the post-seminar program.
Can the seminar be covered under training programs?
The teaching sequences (interactive conference, Prompt PartyThese can be included in your skills development plan. NextStart is a registered training provider and supplies the necessary documents to your training department.
How much does it cost ?
The quote depends on three factors: the number of participants, which determines the number of facilitators required for the workshop; the duration and combination of formats chosen (conference only, conference followed by workshops, half-day, or full day); and the level of customization of the use cases. Any travel expenses are specified in the quote. You will receive a written proposal within 24 business hours, with no obligation. The training sessions can be charged to your skills development plan.
