Consulting · Training · Integration
Your teams have access to generative AI.
We teach them how to use it in their profession.
Consulting and training in generative AI for large organizations, on your tools: Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or your internal AI.
Bristol Myers Squibb: regular use of AI increased from 20% to 72% in six waves of Prompt Party and Agent Party.
The reality
The tool is no longer the subject. It's what your teams do with it.
Most of the organizations we meet have already deployed an AI tool.
Three obstacles recur systematically.
Access is granted, but usage does not follow.
A license for everyone does not create adoption. Without guided implementation, usage plateaus around a few spontaneous pioneers.
The uses remain generic.
Writing, summarizing, translating. The value lies in the practices specific to each profession, and no one internally has the time to identify or document them.
Agents and Cowork remain underused
Between the impressive demo and deployment in your real processes, there is a missing method, a governance framework and trained teams.

Our approach
A four-stage process, from the first prompt to the transformation
Each step stands on its own. Together, they form a continuous progression that we guide with you.
-
1
Engage
Demystify AI, give everyone a first real use case and create internal relays capable of spreading it without us.
-
2
Master
Go deeper into the core capabilities of generative AI, and then apply them to real-world business practices.
-
3
Delegate
Build agents that handle repetitive tasks, then complex end-to-end tasks with Cowork.
-
4
Transform
Overhaul your processes and transform your model for the agent era, with managed governance and roadmap, and teach your teams to develop business applications with code agents.
Our offers
A comprehensive program, a single point of contact.

What if we started with an assessment of the current situation?
Before training or deployment, we define the framework. Four short missions to get you started: getting your management on board, choosing your use cases, defining your program framework, and setting the ground rules. Then, we take over until the roadmap and governance are developed in collaboration with you.

What Sets Us Apart
Practical experience, not theory
Ten years in organizational transformation, generative AI since 2023. Aerospace, defense, pharma, energy, banking, public sector.
A triple skill set
Each facilitator combines AI expertise, industry experience, and teaching skills. They are neither experts unfamiliar with your business nor trainers lacking technical depth.
A 360° approach
Acculturation, professional training, agent deployment, strategic consulting. A single point of contact for the entire process, from the initial workshop to the steering committee.
Your tools, not ours
Tool-agnostic, we align with your IT department's recommendations: Copilot M365, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Vibe (formerly Le Chat), locally deployed open-source solutions, or your secure internal tool. We deliver your AI training in companies within your tenant, on your licenses, without third-party tools.
And on the version your teams actually have. For example, for Microsoft: Copilot Chat included in Microsoft 365 or the paid Copilot M365, with its agents, Researcher, Notebooks, and now Copilot Cowork. Last revised: September 2026.

FAQ
What we are most often asked
How do you measure the impact of training programs?
At three levels. First, immediate satisfaction and perceived relevance, with systematic feedback to the sponsor: notes, verbatim comments, and points for improvement. Second, the intention and actual adoption of the practices, monitored over time in long-term programs: at a major pharmaceutical company, regular use increased from 20% to 72% in four phases. Finally, the organization's autonomy, measured by the ability of your internal representatives to manage the process independently.
The indicators and measurement times (immediate, at 1 month, at 3 months) are defined with you in advance, so that the training is managed as an investment.
Is the training suitable for my job and my sector?
Yes. We gather requirements upstream through surveys or discussions with a subject matter expert, co-create the program until validation, facilitate it with senior facilitators, then distribute the materials and support the deployment. We cover marketing, communication, sales, HR, recruitment, training, finance, purchasing, legal, research, innovation, project management, quality and management.
What AI tools do you use during sessions?
We are agnostic and adapt to your security policy: Copilot M365, Claude, ChatGPT (Enterprise or Azure OpenAI), Gemini, Vibe (formerly Le Chat), and locally deployed open-source solutions. Regarding delegation environments, we also provide training on Claude Cowork, Copilot Cowork, ChatGPT Work, Gemini, Mistral, Dust or Prisme.AI. If your organization has a proprietary internal tool, we also support it, including in sensitive environments.
What training formats do you offer?
From the express discovery format to the six-day Studio, in seven complementary categories: adoption and discovery, Mastery, professions, AI agents, Cowork, code and the consulting which frames the whole thing. Each format can be combined to build a customized, progressive learning path.
How to finance training courses?
Our training courses are eligible for OPCO and ESF+ funding. They fit into your skills development plan. NextStart.AI is a registered training organization (registration number 11756140675) and provides all the necessary documentation for your funding applications.
How do you frame the launch of an AI program?
In six steps: purpose and vision, objectives and indicators, stakeholders and roles, governance (AI Act compliance, data security, risk management), a 12- to 36-month roadmap, and then alignment and commitment. Use cases are assessed according to four dimensions: value, feasibility, risk, and organizational impact. Discover our framing services →
What is the ethical, governance and security dimension?
These topics are systematically integrated into our training and consulting missions: risk and algorithmic bias management, data protection and confidentiality (GDPR), traceability and auditability of uses, human control (human-in-the-loop) and regulatory compliance (AI Act, European frameworks). See the usage charter offer →
What do your consulting services cover?
Eight targeted missions: selection of use cases, acculturation of management bodies, program scoping, charter of uses, governance of your AI and agents, redesign of your processes and transformation of your model, and outsourced AI management to lead the transformation over time. Each mission results in actionable deliverables: a current state assessment, a 12- to 36-month roadmap, a governance framework, and performance indicators, which we can then manage with you over the long term. See the consulting offer →
How do you combine consulting and training?
The two activities reinforce each other. Consulting frames, measures, and guides the transformation; training embeds the practices within each profession. A single point of contact is involved from the initial assessment to the steering committee: each strategic direction is immediately translated into skills development and on-the-ground implementation, thus avoiding both recommendations that are never applied and training that leads nowhere.
