What the price includes

This affects the quote
Three factors explain the difference between the lower and upper end of the price range. First, the number of sessions: the price decreases when several groups participate consecutively, because the preparation costs are amortized. Second, the level of customization: a training day built around your actual documents and processes requires more preparation than a standard business course. Finally, the adoption rate, when you want usage data at 30 and 90 days. Travel expenses are the only additional cost for in-person sessions outside the Île-de-France region.
Intra-company or inter-company: the calculation for a team of 12
The inter-company catalogs of major training organizations list a one-day introductory course on generative AI at around €800 to €1,000 excluding VAT per person. For a team of 12 people, the bill therefore reaches €9,600 to €12,000 excluding VAT, compared to €2,000 to €3,000 excluding VAT for an in-house one-day course tailored to your specific tool and use cases. Inter-company training remains a viable option for one or two individuals; for four or more participants, in-house training becomes less expensive.

Is a remote session cheaper?
The price of the session is the same. Distance learning eliminates travel expenses, which only apply to in-person sessions outside of the Île-de-France region.
