Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Mistral training for banking and financial services
We provide training on the tools your teams actually use, within your tenant and under your licenses: Copilot Chat included in Microsoft 365 or the paid version of Copilot M365, ChatGPT Business or Enterprise, Claude Team or Enterprise, Gemini in Google Workspace, Vibe from Mistral, or your group's internal AI assistant. Exercises take place in your validated environment, respecting banking secrecy and your data classification rules. Our training materials are updated monthly by the vendors.
Security, confidentiality and compliance
Bank secrecy, account data, privileged information: banks handle some of the most protected information. Our training courses take place in environments validated by your IT department, your CISO, and your compliance department, and teach everyone what can and cannot be included in an AI tool.
- Data scope: what the tool sees depending on SharePoint, OneDrive or open connector rights, and how to anticipate this before deployment.
- Bank secrecy and customer data: a simple classification rule and exercises on fictitious data, never on real files.
- Agent governance: who publishes, who shares, which connectors are allowed, and how validation stays within your compliance workflows.
- Article 4 of the AI Act: training materials and certificates that document your employees' AI proficiency.
Getting an entire network to adopt AI
Building a team and building a network of agencies or regional offices are not the same problem. At this scale, the difficulty is no longer pedagogical: employees are spread across numerous sites, their skill levels vary greatly, the IT department has made the tools available and is waiting for them to be used, and HR has to report on what has been accomplished. We roll out the system in waves, with an internal network taking over between sessions.
At Agirc-Arrco, eight webinars attracted over 650 participants; at Alptis, a launch Masterclass brought together approximately 450 participants. Everyone starts from the same foundation before the workshops.
The same workshop repeated from agency to agency or cash register to cash register until the network is covered: at Alptis, 17 Prompt Party co-hosted across eight sites, either in person or remotely.
Regional or local branch representatives, trained to facilitate and report successful cases: at Alptis, 31 AI Initiators now independently lead their workshops. To set up your own group: free AI Ambassadors kit.

FAQ
How do you manage our compliance requirements?
Use cases are developed with your teams, respecting your existing procedures: AI prepares and accelerates the work, while validation remains within your existing compliance processes. Our sessions also contribute to the AI literacy required by Article 4 of the AI Act: since February 2, 2025, this article mandates that companies providing or using AI systems must take steps to develop their employees' AI literacy, taking into account their role and the context of use. Omnibus Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, in force since July 27, 2026, has made this an obligation of means: it no longer requires guaranteeing a "sufficient level" for each individual, and the Commission and Member States must support these efforts, particularly those of SMEs. Oversight falls under the jurisdiction of national authorities since August 2, 2026: documenting the actions taken therefore remains essential. For high-risk uses in the sector (assessment of solvency and credit rating of natural persons, Annex III, the obligations of which apply from December 2, 2027), training does not replace product compliance: it prepares for it.
And what about our customers' data?
No customer data, account data, or data covered by banking secrecy is used during the sessions. We train your teams on a simple classification rule that distinguishes what can enter the AI environments validated by your IT department from what never enters them.
What tools do you use for animation?
Regarding the tools your group has approved: Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, or an internal assistant. Our formats are agnostic: the use cases and reflexes taught are the same; only the interface changes.
Can you form a whole network of regional agencies or branches?
Yes. The program is rolled out in waves: a launch via webinar or Masterclass, followed by the same workshop repeated from agency to agency, and then a network of internal ambassadors taking over. This is the model deployed at Alptis, with approximately 800 employees across eight sites, and 31 trained AI Initiators.
Our teams are just starting out: is this suitable?
Yes. The sessions start from scratch and include even the most reluctant participants: everyone writes their first useful prompts based on their own work situations within the first hour. Advanced users then move on to creating agents and delegating entire tasks.
How much does AI training cost for a bank?
€1,500 to €2,000 excluding VAT for a half-day session for up to twelve people, €2,000 to €3,000 excluding VAT for a full-day in-house session. Multi-phase programs, including ambassadors and adoption measures, are available upon request, with pricing decreasing according to volume.
How to finance the training?
The training is eligible for OPCO and ESF+ funding. NextStart is a registered training organization (no. 11756140675): the session is part of your skills development plan, with the agreements and documents expected by your funding body.
What happens after my request?
Flavien Besset will personally respond within 24 business hours with an initial proposal. A 30-minute scoping meeting will then allow us to clarify your teams, tools, and constraints before the detailed proposal and training agreement are finalized.
