The AI challenges of the sector, as we practice them

Our sessions are designed for this context.
- Use cases built on the realities of the sector: summarizing files, preparing responses to members, analyzing contracts and guarantees, regulatory monitoring.
- A clear framework on data: no member data or health data used in session, classification rules given to participants.
- A proven practice of large-scale systems: national webinars, ambassador networks, multi-wave pathways.
What will change in 2026 for insurance and mutuals
Regulations are becoming clearer, and tools are evolving from chat to agents. Our sessions incorporate these changes so your teams can adopt AI in the right framework, right now.
What we have done in your sector
Two documented programs, with their figures, at Alptis and Agirc-Arrco.
Alptis · 2025 to 2026From AI Act compliance to 31 autonomous AI drivers
The starting point was regulatory: to train approximately 800 group employees under Article 4 of the AI Act. Eleven months later, a launch Masterclass, 31 trained Impulsors in three cohorts, 17 Prompt Party co-facilitated and three professional workshops have established an internal community that independently facilitates its level 2 workshops. Agent Party Included. On Microsoft Copilot.
Agirc-Arrco · 2023 to 2025Two years of AI webinars rated up to 9.5/10
Eight webinars for the federation's Lab and Innovation community, each evaluated by internal survey: seven out of eight scored above 8,9 out of 10, up to 9,5. Then a first day Prompt Party In-person training to provide hands-on experience with Copilot for the Retirement Product Management team. Extended collaboration between the Lab and the IT and HR departments.

To explain obligations, guarantees, exclusions and deadlines for a non-legal reader.
Management: Drafting a sensitive response to a member
To say something delicate (refusal, delay, missing part) clearly and without closing the relationship.
Compliance: monitoring communication in accordance with the GDPR
Check legal notices, legal bases and cited data before publishing.

Follow the developments in the texts (Insurance Code, Mutual Insurance Code, ACPR) that actually concern the activity.
Managers: an internal knowledge assistant
Question internal procedures and documents and obtain sourced answers.

Three levels, from the first prompt to the delegation
Each level builds on the previous one and is carried out either independently or progressively, in person or remotely, in French or English, using the tools already deployed at your location.
Adopt
Prompt Party® (1 hours), use cases by profession (half day) and AI ambassadors : to make the tools already deployed at your home a daily use. This is the level of the Alptis and Agirc-Arrco programs.
Create agents
Agent Party® (1 hour or half a day) then Agent Studio : business agents created by your teams, connected to your documents and applications.
Delegate
Cowork Party® (1 hour or half a day) then Cowork Studio : entrust AI with complete, multi-step and multi-file tasks, in your environment.

Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Mistral training for insurance and mutual insurance
We provide training on the tools your teams actually use, within your tenant and under your licenses: Copilot Chat included in Microsoft 365 or the paid version of Copilot M365, ChatGPT Business or Enterprise, Claude Team or Enterprise, Gemini in Google Workspace, and Vibe from Mistral. Exercises take place in your validated environment, without member or health data, and with classification rules provided to participants. Our training materials are updated monthly by the vendors.
Security, confidentiality and compliance
Member data, health data, contractual information: insurance companies and mutuals handle some of the most sensitive information. Our training courses take place in environments approved by your IT department and your data protection officer, and teach everyone what can and never will be included in an AI tool.
- Data scope: what the tool sees depending on SharePoint, OneDrive or open connector rights, and how to anticipate this before deployment.
- Health and membership data: a simple classification rule and exercises on fictitious data, never on real files.
- Agent governance: who publishes, who shares, which connectors are allowed, and how validation stays within your compliance workflows.
- Article 4 of the AI Act: training materials and certificates that document your employees' AI proficiency.
Getting an entire mutual insurance company or insurance group to adopt AI
Training one team and training eight hundred people presents two very different challenges. At this scale, the difficulty is no longer pedagogical: employees are spread across multiple sites, their skill levels vary considerably, the IT department has made the tools available and is waiting for them to be used, and HR has to report on what has been accomplished. We roll out the training in waves, with an internal network providing support between sessions.
At Alptis, a launch Masterclass brought together approximately 450 participants; at Agirc-Arrco, eight webinars totaled more than 650 participants. Everyone starts from the same foundation before the workshops.
The same workshop was repeated until all the relevant teams were covered: at Alptis, 17 Prompt Party co-hosted across eight sites, either in person or remotely, without requiring anyone to be present for more than an hour.
The 31 AI Instructors from Alptis, trained in three cohorts, now independently lead their level 2 workshops. Agent Party Included. To set up your collective: free AI Ambassadors kit.

FAQ
How do you manage our compliance requirements?
Use cases are developed with your teams, respecting your existing procedures: AI prepares and accelerates the work, while validation remains within your existing compliance processes. Our sessions also contribute to the AI literacy required by Article 4 of the AI Act: since February 2, 2025, this article mandates that companies providing or using AI systems must take steps to develop their employees' AI literacy, taking into account their role and the context of use. Omnibus Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, in force since July 27, 2026, has made this an obligation of means: it no longer requires guaranteeing a "sufficient level" for each individual, and the Commission and Member States must support these efforts, particularly those of SMEs. Oversight falls under the jurisdiction of national authorities since August 2, 2026: documenting the actions taken therefore remains essential. For high-risk uses in the sector (pricing and risk assessment in life and health insurance, Annex III, the obligations of which apply from December 2, 2027), training does not replace product compliance: it prepares for it.
And what about the data of our members and insured persons?
No member, insured, or health data is used during the sessions. We train your teams on a simple classification rule that distinguishes what can be included in validated AI environments and what never is.
Can you train several hundred employees across multiple sites?
Yes, that's the case with Alptis: approximately 800 employees spread across eight sites, trained over eleven months through a launch Masterclass, 17 Prompt Party In groups of 8 to 15, a community of 31 internal facilitators takes over. The program is rolled out in waves, in person, remotely, or in a hybrid format.
What AI tool do you train our teams on?
Regarding the one you've already validated: Copilot Chat included in Microsoft 365 or Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Business or Enterprise, Claude, Gemini in Google Workspace, or Mistral. At Alptis, as at Agirc-Arrco, teams have practiced using Microsoft Copilot. The exercises take place in your environment, with your security rules.
Our teams are just starting out: is this suitable?
Yes. The sessions start from scratch and include even the most reluctant participants: everyone writes their first useful prompts based on their own work situations within the first hour. Advanced users then move on to creating agents and delegating entire tasks.
How much does AI training cost for an insurer or mutual insurance company?
€1,500 to €2,000 excluding VAT for a half-day session for up to twelve people, €2,000 to €3,000 excluding VAT for a full-day in-house session. Multi-phase programs, including ambassadors and adoption measures, are available upon request, with pricing decreasing according to volume.
How to finance the training?
The training is eligible for OPCO and ESF+ funding. NextStart is a registered training organization (no. 11756140675): the session is part of your skills development plan, with the agreements and documents expected by your funding body.
What happens after my request?
Flavien Besset will personally respond within 24 business hours with an initial proposal. A 30-minute scoping meeting will then allow us to clarify your teams, tools, and constraints before the detailed proposal and training agreement are finalized.
