Agirc-Arrco: two years of AI webinars rated up to 9.5/10, then the first Prompt Party on Copilot

From September 2023 to December 2024, eight webinars for the Agirc-Arrco Lab and Innovation community, each evaluated by internal survey: seven out of eight scored above 8,9 out of 10, up to 9,5. Then, in June 2025, a first day Prompt Party in-person training to provide hands-on experience with Copilot for the Retirement Product Department. A relationship that extended over two years from the Lab to the Retirement Product Department, the IT Department, and HR.

September 2023 to June 20258 webinars + 1 day Prompt PartyUp to 9.5/10ChatGPT, Bard then CopilotLab and Innovation Community

The starting point: an innovation community, but no tool yet.

The relationship is long-standing: NextStart had already trained the Agirc-Arrco Lab in facilitation and remote collective intelligence in 2020 and 2021. When ChatGPT entered the conversation at Vivatech in May 2023, the Lab and Innovation team within the Retirement Product Department saw it as a natural fit for its community of agents from the federation and social protection groups. A demo of the NextStart.AI platform took place in early July 2023, and the first webinar was scheduled for the fall.

The context is that of a major player in joint management: demonstrations on consumer tools initially, then a gradual refocusing on the tool chosen by the organization, in conjunction with the IT department.

The Lab's events are about raising awareness, not training, which requires short, open, remote formats, free registration, and systematic evaluation of each event by the Lab itself.

The structure: three acts, through an accumulation of short formats

01

Act 1: Acculturation

A one-hour webinar "ChatGPT and Generative AI" on September 8, 2023 for the InnovAA community, followed by a conference during the Weeklab in December 2023, an innovation week entirely dedicated to generative AI.

02

Act 2: The Six Superpowers

From March to May 2024, five 90-minute modules, one for each of generative AI's superpowers—Writing, Summarizing, Converting, Analyzing, and Organizing—will be released. Each module is built on Agirc-Arrco case studies (letters, summaries of regulatory documents, SWOT analyses, organizational structure), with live demonstrations and reusable prompts. A sixth superpower, Innovating and Exploring, will conclude the cycle at the December 2024 Weeklab.

03

Act 3: Getting started with Copilot

June 30, 2025, a day Prompt Party “Come and explore Copilot in action” in person, as part of a joint project of the Retirement Product Department and the IT Department: six one-hour sessions, in groups of nine to eleven, about sixty participants, two trainers taking turns morning and afternoon on the same support.

04

Measurement as a common thread

Each Lab event is evaluated by an internal survey out of ten, with verbatim comments. After the Prompt PartyThe NextStart analysis highlights the heterogeneity of levels and recommends progressive levels, a duration of one and a half hours and business cases.

Five scores above 9,2 and a maximum of 9,5 for Weeklab 2024 ("They are excellent!!" commented the Lab and Innovation team). The lowest score of the Prompt Party (8,19) is explained by the heterogeneity of levels in the groups and has supported the recommendation of progressive levels.

A community that is asking for more

"We would like to continue, bring our problems and work on them together" (2023); "I use AI several times a day and I learned a lot more today" (2024); "We need more short sessions like this" (2025).

From the Lab to the entire management team

A two-year rollout of the Lab to the Retirement Product Department, the IT Department and the Talent Department, with each new team coming after having seen or experienced a previous event.

An invisible link between trainers

Two trainers took turns throughout the day, morning and afternoon. Prompt Party The IT department notes: "You have the same support and the same approach."

What we take away from this

Business cases, even remotely

What participants mention first is the alternation between Agirc-Arrco case studies and prompts. A webinar is 9 out of 10 successful when each demonstration addresses the audience's everyday concerns.

A series rather than an event

Six superpowers, one per month: regularity establishes a meeting, a community and a progression that an isolated conference does not provide.

Segment by level when practicing

The shift from webinar to workshop highlights the gap between beginners and advanced participants. Progressive levels should be planned from the very first session. Prompt Party.

Build a gradual acculturation path for your community
