The delegation process

In one hour, the delegated task occupies most of the time; the roadmap and risks are addressed in summary. The organization's priority business situations serve as a guiding thread. These are indicative durations.

01

Understanding Cowork with AI · 10 min

Definition and distinction from chat, which is based on conversation, and from a specialized agent, focused on a single task. Cowork corresponds to a delegated, multi-stage, and multi-tool work session.

Overview of solutions: Claude CoworkCopilot Cowork, ChatGPT Work and Vibe Work from Mistral.

02

Why delegate rather than prompt? · 5 min

The chat function generates one response at a time, allowing the user to orchestrate each step and copy and paste between tools. This delegation of tasks aims for a finished deliverable, can continue during other activities, and enables the execution of multiple missions in parallel.

Focus on the work around the work: reporting, consolidation, meeting preparation and formatting.

03

Delegating an initial task · 30 min

  • State the expected result rather than the method.
  • Provide the context, files, folders and connected tools.
  • Validate the proposed plan before execution.
  • Approve, correct or redirect along the way.
  • Check the final deliverable before taking ownership of it.
  • Transforming a successful mission into a recurring task or a reusable skill.
04

Building your roadmap · 10 min

Map your typical week by distinguishing between repetitive and standardizable work, such as consolidations, reports, formatting or monitoring, and activities that require presence, judgment and interpersonal skills.

05

Managing risks and limitations · 5 min

Scope of access to files, emails and tools; human validation of sensitive actions; usage costs; confidentiality and governance with the IT department; digital sobriety; environmental impact; GDPR and AI Act.

Examples of tasks to delegate

Business, consulting: consolidate Outlook emails, Teams transcripts and account news to produce a ready-to-use file before the meeting.

Produce a report

Compare documents

Legal, purchasing, quality: identify discrepancies between versions or between offers, reconcile and produce a reasoned summary.

Create a complete folder

Management, HR, communication: produce a coherent memo, presentation and spreadsheet from a single instruction and shared sources.

FAQ

How much does a Cowork party ?

A half-day session costs between €1,500 and €2,000 excluding VAT: this includes either a package of three one-hour sessions, with up to twelve participants per session (36 in total), or a continuous group of twelve, priced at the higher end of the range. The price decreases as sessions are booked consecutively. This training is eligible for funding through your skills development plan. A written proposal will be provided within 24 business hours, with no obligation.

What's the difference with a Prompt Party ?

La Prompt Party It teaches you how to interact with AI: a question, an answer, which you then take up and assemble yourself. Cowork Party teaches you how to delegate: each person assigns a complete task with their files and tools, validates the proposed plan, intervenes at checkpoints, and receives a finished deliverable. Prompt Party is often the first step; a team already comfortable with the chat can start directly with the Cowork Party.

Our teams have not yet Cowork Is it possible?

Yes. We run the session on your accounts if the tool is deployed, or on demo accounts if it isn't yet, according to your IT department's recommendations. The session then becomes a full-scale test, useful for deciding on a deployment and its scope.

Claude CoworkCopilot Cowork Which one to choose: ChatGPT Work or ChatGPT?

The one your IT department authorizes. Claude CoworkCopilot CoworkMistral's ChatGPT Work and Vibe Work are based on the same delegation logic, which the session teaches; they differ mainly in their work environment and the tools they can connect. Our Claude's comparison CoworkCopilot Cowork and ChatGPT Work details these discrepancies.

What happens to our files and emails during the session?

The scope of access (folders, email, connected tools) is defined with your IT department before the session, and each participant learns to validate the plan and sensitive actions before they are executed. On demonstration accounts, the exercises focus on example documents, without access to your data. Risks, usage costs, GDPR, and the AI Act are addressed throughout the training.

One hour or half a day: how to choose?

The one-hour session allows each participant to experience their first delegated task from start to finish: this format is ideal for gradually onboarding a team, a site, or an entire organization. The half-day session provides ample time to delegate several tasks within one's own portfolio, transform a success into a recurring task, and leave with the methodology to repeat the process independently.

How many sessions are needed to train 200 people?

With twelve participants per session, expect approximately seventeen one-hour sessions, which we run several times a day, either in person or remotely. We'll tailor the training program to your specific locations, roles, and deadlines, and we'll track participation for your training department.

Do you offer distance learning, English language instruction, and funding?

Yes: at your premises anywhere in France or remotely, in French or English. Our training courses are eligible for OPCO and ESF+ funding. NextStart is a registered training provider (no. 11756140675): the training program fits into your skills development plan, with the agreement and documents required by your funding body.
