Day 1
Delegating and Architecting
Masterclass, 1 hour
Definition, demonstration and card game on best practices.
Guided missions, 2.5 hours
Guided missions, final control, capitalization in skills and risks related to access, costs and governance.
Workflow scoping, 2.5 hours
Selection based on value and complexity. Verification of autonomous missions, accessible data, verifiable deliverables, and risk level. Architecture of the trigger, missions, relays, controls, and roles.
Cross review, 30 min
Two-minute pitch, group challenge and validation of scopes.
Day 2
To orchestrate and to convince
Orchestration sprint, 3 hours
Reference workflow followed by briefs, chaining, parallelization, monitoring, reconciliation and testing.
Reliability check, 1 hour 30 minutes
Entry points, briefings, human checks, edge cases, skills and pitch preparation.
Demo Day, 1 hour 30 minutes
Five-minute demonstration and evaluation of time savings, quality, and industrialization.
Conclusion, 30 min
Deployment, documentation, training, governance and costs. One workflow, two next processes and action within fifteen days.

The logbook, communications to the trades and feedback, during and after.
Diagnose a process and propose its improvement
A process described, its pain points quantified and a prioritized improvement plan.
Building an investment business case
Assumptions, quantified scenarios, sensitivities and decision note, based on your data.

Is it necessary to have followed the Cowork Party or the Cowork Challenge before?
This is the recommended approach: the Hackathon is based on the Cowork Party and the Cowork Challenge, and paves the way for Cowork Studio. The first day, however, begins with a one-hour masterclass and guided missions.
