When your licenses are not yet deployed, we can train you on a demo account to test the tool in a real-world setting; as soon as your licenses are in place, we work on your own files.

Training one team and training eight hundred people presents two very different challenges. At this scale, the difficulty is no longer pedagogical: employees are spread across multiple sites and countries, their skill levels vary considerably, the IT department has deployed the licenses and is waiting for usage, and the training department has to report on what has been accomplished. We are deploying Copilot in waves, with the same workshop repeated as many times as necessary, in both French and English, and an internal network that takes over between sessions.
The same workshop was repeated, wave after wave, until all the relevant teams were covered: each person wrote their first useful prompts in Outlook, Word, and Teams, within their own folders. This format allowed us to involve several hundred employees at a single client site without ever tying up anyone for more than an hour.
Management, marketing, HR, legal, finance, purchasing: each function works on the three tasks that cost it the most time and redoes them with Copilot and its agents, until the use is acquired and not just seen.
In an organization of several thousand people, a practice only survives if it has internal support. We train this network to facilitate, answer day-to-day questions, and share successful examples, so that momentum doesn't fade a month after the last session. Copilot Chat or Copilot M365: what's the difference?
Copilot Chat is the conversational assistant accessible with a Microsoft work account; Copilot M365 integrates directly with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams, providing access to your work data. Do you need a Copilot M365 license to participate?
Not for discovery: Copilot Chat is sufficient for the fundamentals and agents. The modules integrated with Word, Excel, and Outlook require the corresponding licenses; we define the scope with your IT department prior to the session.
Is the training suitable for beginners?
Yes. There Prompt Party is designed to include all profiles, including the most reluctant. The formats Agent Party, Cowork Party and Cowork Studio then targets teams already comfortable with the fundamentals.
Do you offer distance learning and English?
Yes. All sessions are available in person and remotely, in both French and English. We have already run multilingual programs for international groups.
How can this training be financed?
Our training courses are eligible for OPCO and ESF+ funding. NextStart is a registered training organization: the sessions can be included in your skills development plan, and we provide the necessary agreements and documents to your training department or funding body.
Can Copilot agents be created without a developer?
Yes. Agent Builder allows you to design agents in natural language, without code, based on your instructions and documentation. Copilot Studio takes over for advanced scenarios. That's precisely the purpose of...Agent Party.
What is Copilot? Cowork ?
Copilot Cowork is the agentic workspace of Microsoft 365 Copilot, available in general since June 2026: it is given an objective and files, it plans and then executes the work in several stages, under human supervision. Agent Builder or Copilot Studio, which one is right for my teams?
Agent Builder is integrated with Copilot Chat: using natural language, without code, a collaborator can create an agent in minutes, populated with their instructions and SharePoint documents. It's the tool for business users, and the starting point for...Agent PartyCopilot Studio takes over when the agent needs to perform a series of actions, connect to applications (CRM, ERP, ServiceNow, etc.), follow governance rules, or be deployed at scale: it's designed for advanced business stakeholders and IT departments. Our simple rule: start with Agent Builder, and switch to Copilot Studio as soon as an agent has proven itself and needs to be scaled up.
How to measure Copilot adoption after training?
We establish a baseline metric before the first session (percentage of active licenses, usage per application, weekly frequency, based on the Copilot usage report from the Microsoft 365 admin center and a short questionnaire), then we review these metrics at 30 and 90 days with your assigned contact person. The network of ambassadors maintains usage between measurements and highlights successful cases. How much does Copilot training cost?
Half a day Prompt Party On Copilot, for up to 12 participants, the price ranges from €1,500 to €2,000 excluding VAT. A one-day in-house training session for 12 people ranges from €2,000 to €3,000 excluding VAT, depending on the customization. The quote depends on the number of sessions, adaptation to your specific needs, and the desired adoption rate. The training is eligible for funding under your skills development plan. A written proposal will be provided within 24 business hours, with no obligation.
How to learn Microsoft 365 Copilot in a corporate setting?
In three stages, and based on your own projects. First, a short session that brings everyone up to speed on the prompts and Copilot in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Then, half a day per department, where each team revisits its most time-consuming tasks and builds its first agents. Finally, a network of internal ambassadors trained to maintain usage. When your licenses are not yet deployed, we can train on a demo account to test the tool in a real-world setting; as soon as your licenses are in place, we work on your specific projects.
How long does it take to form a team at Copilot?
One hour is all it takes to make a team self-sufficient in the daily use of Copilot within Microsoft 365. Allow half a day for each team member to leave with two to three operational agents for their own processes, and six days spread over four to six weeks to fully implement delegations. Progress is more important than duration: several short, spaced-out sessions are more effective than a single day.
Can you train several hundred employees?
Yes, this is the most common approach with our clients. Deployment is organized in waves of one-hour workshops for twelve participants, both in person and remotely, in French and English, until the target teams are covered. This is complemented by a job-specific learning path for the roles that benefit most, and a network of internal ambassadors who maintain usage between sessions. Do you train individuals or students?
No. NextStart only works with organizations, providing in-house training: large companies, groups, public institutions, and associations. We do not offer individual courses, Copilot training for personal use, or open inter-company sessions.
