Deployment support
Deploy the agents
AI agents are changing the nature of work: your teams no longer ask questions of an assistant, but rather delegate repetitive tasks to agents they have designed. We support you from the first pilot agent to a governed agent fleet: scoping, training, ambassadors, catalog, governance, and impact measurement.
Written proposal within 24 working hours, without obligation.
The agents, explained to the decision-makers
An AI agent is a specialized assistant, configured once for a specific task: it receives instructions, resources, and sometimes tools, then processes the task each time it is requested, in a reproducible manner. Creating an agent is within the reach of a trained employee; deploying dozens of them in an organization requires a methodology, a catalog, and rules.
- Reliably handled repetitive tasks: responding to calls for tenders, reports, quality controls, monitoring, file preparation.
- Agents created by the professions themselves, in the tools already in place (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Mistral), without development.
- A controlled connection to your documents and applications via connectors, within a defined governance framework.
Our deployment trajectory
A three-step method, proven on our adoption programs, to move from individual agents to a shared and governed agent pool.
Framing and directing
Start small, with tasks that have quick results, and with a clear framework.
- Selection of pilot teams and high-value tasks, identified with our Agent Finder or during a Agent Challenge.
- Confidentiality rules, scope of connectors and sources, licenses.
- Première Agent Party to train pilots to build their first agents on their real-world tasks.
- Depending on the maturity of the teams, continue with a Agent Party half a day, an Agent Hackathon or a Agent Studio All formats are detailed on the Agents page.
Equipping ambassadors
Transforming the initial agent creators into internal relays.
- Training of ambassadors by department or by profession, capable of designing and revising agents.
- Shared and documented agent catalog: instructions, sources, owner, date of last review.
- Rituals for sharing successes, reviewing existing agents and removing obsolete agents.
To generalize and to govern
Spread in waves, measure, secure.
- Gradual deployment by population, supported by ambassadors and the catalogue.
- Usage and impact indicators per agent, regular review of the most used agents.
- Governance of connectors, access and data, with rules for publication and agent lifecycle.
The prerequisites that we check with you
Four conditions make the difference between isolated agents who forget themselves and a pool of agents that holds together.
- Licenses tailored to your context (Team or Enterprise plans of the chosen tool, Copilot Studio or Agent Builder on the Microsoft side).
- Accessible, up-to-date documents, and a clear classification framework.
- A visible sponsor and managers who accept that tasks are delegated to agents.
- Teams already comfortable with the fundamentals of the prompt: see our agent training and our Copilot training in companies.
What your teams entrust to agents
Examples from our agents by profession, adaptable to your context.
- Sales and purchasing: analysis of tenders, qualification of incoming requests, comparison of supplier offers.
- Marketing and communication: adapting content for each channel, proofreading according to the guidelines, structured monitoring.
- Finance and operations: consistency checks of reports, preparation of reviews, incident summaries.
- HR and legal: drafting job postings, interview grids, regulatory summaries, answering internal questions.

FAQ
What is the difference between an agent and a prompt?
A prompt is rewritten each time. An agent is configured once, with its instructions, sources, and tools, and then reused by its creator and colleagues. This shift from one-off to reproducible deployment justifies an organized approach.
Do we need technical profiles?
Not for the vast majority of agents: the business units create them in their usual tool, without coding. The technical aspects (connectors, access, organization-wide publishing) are addressed with your IT department at the outset.
What licenses are required to deploy agents?
The agents rely on the professional plans of leading software vendors, and on Copilot Studio or Agent Builder in the Microsoft environment. We help you size the right plan, target priority user groups, and stagger licenses according to the deployment schedule.
Is our data safe?
Deployment begins with a framework: data classification, scope of authorized sources and connectors, and rules for publishing agents by population. We have supported organizations with high security requirements, including those in the aerospace and defense sectors.
How can we avoid the proliferation of unnecessary agents?
A catalogue, maintained by ambassadors, lists the owner of each agent, the review date, and the publication criteria. Underutilized or redundant agents are removed during periodic reviews.
How do you measure return on investment?
From the pilot stage, we define simple indicators: time saved per task assigned to an agent, number of uses, quality perceived by users, adoption rate by population. These measures inform expansion decisions with each wave.
