In Lyon, from the obligation of the AI Act to a community that creates its own agents
The Alptis group, headquartered in Lyon, was supposed to train around 800 employees across eight sites to meet the AI proficiency requirement of the AI Act (section 4). Eleven months later, the group is running its workshops on its own.
A launch Masterclass, then 31 AI Initiators trained in three cohorts to bring the AI culture to each site.
17 Prompt Party® co-hosted and three professional workshops, on Microsoft Copilot.

Do you conduct the training sessions at our premises in Lyon, Saint-Étienne or Grenoble?
Yes, that's our preferred format: on-site, at your premises, using your specific cases and tools, with a dedicated room, screen, and internet connection for each participant. We travel from Paris by TGV and are happy to combine several sessions into a single visit. We also offer remote or hybrid training when your teams are spread across multiple locations.
Our teams are spread across several sites in the region and elsewhere: how do you manage that?
This is the case with Alptis, which has eight sites from Lyon to Fort-de-France: a program combining in-person sessions, webinars, and internal facilitators trained to lead the sessions themselves. We deliver sessions in person, remotely, or in a hybrid format, in both French and English.
Which tool do you provide training on: Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini?
Based on the one your teams actually use, within your tenant and on your licenses. We don't impose any third-party tools and adapt the exercises to the version you have, such as Copilot Chat included in Microsoft 365.
How to finance the training?
Our training courses are eligible for OPCO and ESF+ funding. NextStart is a registered training organization: the sessions can be included in your skills development plan, and we provide the necessary agreements and documents to your training department or funding body.

No. We train teams from companies, government agencies, and associations, both in-house and on a quote basis. For individual projects, organizations listed on Mon Compte Formation are more suitable.
