Prototyping on your own code
Code Hackathon – 2 days
Two days to make real progress on a real issue within your own repository, with an expert coach for each team. Your teams leave with a prototype of their code and a methodology they can reuse starting the following Monday.
Price upon request, starting from €2,000 excluding VAT per day · Written proposal within 24 working hours, without obligation.
Work on your code, not on an exercise.
A code writer truly shines on a real-world project, complete with its history, conventions, and existing debt. The Hackathon lays the groundwork for your repositories and then advances a concrete topic: new feature, migration, test coverage, or internal tool.
Day 1
Prepare and build
Prepare the deposit, 1 hour 30 minutes
Project mapping by the agent, instruction file (AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md), conventions, test and build commands.
Break down the topic, 1 hour 30 minutes
Short tickets, verifiable acceptance criteria, order of completion and human checkpoints.
Construction, half a day
Driven iterations, sub-agents for parallelization, MCP connectors to your tools, commit at each validated step.
Day 2
To make reliable and to demonstrate
Improve reliability, half a day
Unit and integration testing, assisted code review, regression correction, continuous integration.
Secure, 1 hour 30 minutes
Secrets, dependencies, agent permissions, sensitive data, traceability of what has been generated.
Demonstration, 1 hour 30 minutes
Demonstration by each team, recovery plan, rules to be kept within the team.
