NextStart, training organization: declaration of activity, documents and funding

NextStart.AI training courses are delivered by NextStart Consulting, a registered training organization. This page gathers all the information a training department, purchasing department, or funding body needs to process an application: the organization's identity, procedures, required documents, tax implications, and funding. Our training courses are eligible for OPCO and ESF+ funding.

The documents we provide

Each training course is accompanied by the documents required by your training department:

• the detailed program, including objectives, target audience, duration and schedule;
• the training agreement;
• attendance sheets, both in person and remotely;
• certificates given to participants;
• the results of the immediate satisfaction assessment and, upon request, the adoption measurement at D+30 and D+90.

How does an order process work?

1. Feasibility study : a 30-minute exchange to understand your context, your AI tool, your audiences and your security constraints.
2. Proposition written within 24 working hours: program, format, schedule and price.
3. Convention training, then needs assessment from a subject matter expert or by surveying participants.
4. Session led by a consultant-trainer, with signature and distribution of the booklet.
5. Fencing : certificates, immediate assessment, invoice, then adoption measure if you have requested it.

Funding

The training courses are part of the company's skills development plan and are eligible for OPCO and ESF+ funding. Our training courses are designed for teams, delivered in-house, and are not eligible for CPF funding. Quality certification

Our training courses are eligible for funding through professional funds thanks to our partnership with The Indies Box, a Qualiopi certified organization.

The quality certification was awarded under the following category of action: TRAINING ACTIONS.

This certification attests to the quality of the process implemented by the provider of actions contributing to skills development, in accordance with the National Quality Framework (RNQ) provided for by decree no. 2019-565 of June 6, 2019.

AI training and proficiency requirements

Since February 2, 2025, Article 4 of the AI Act requires companies that provide or use AI systems to take steps to develop their employees' AI skills, taking into account their role and the context of use. Omnibus Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, in force since July 27, 2026, has made this an obligation of means: it no longer requires guaranteeing a "sufficient level" for each individual, and the Commission and Member States must support these efforts, particularly those of SMEs. Enforcement has been the responsibility of national authorities since August 2, 2026. Our training programs meet these requirements, and attendance sheets and certificates provide a record of the actions taken.
