AI Ambassadors – 2 half-days
We propose to unite and develop the skills of an internal group of ambassadors in order to accelerate the spread of AI within the different professions of your organization and to promote its adoption by all.
€2,000 to €3,000 excluding VAT for two half-days, up to 12 participants · Written proposal within 24 working hours, without obligation.
A path to scaling up
These ambassadors/drivers/referents will follow a structured training course in two half-days, spaced one week apart, combining theoretical input and tailor-made practical workshops around the great capabilities of generative AI.
- At the end of the training, we will equip them with an animation kit Prompt Party » to deliver their own practical workshop sessions (1 hour) in their entity and geography.
- We then accompany them in their first sessions to make them comfortable with the content and the role of session facilitator.
- They will then be able to repeat this session independently. Prompt Party "as many times as they wish and thus contribute to scaling up the acculturation process.

Your tools, not ours
Tool-agnostic, we align with your IT department's recommendations: Copilot M365, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Vibe (formerly Le Chat), locally deployed open-source solutions, or your secure internal tool. We train your ambassadors within your tenant, using your licenses, without third-party tools, and provide the training kit. Prompt Party is built on the tool they will then use with their colleagues.
And on the version your teams actually have. For example, for Microsoft: Copilot Chat included in Microsoft 365 or the paid Copilot M365, with its agents, Researcher, Notebooks, and now Copilot Cowork. Last revised: September 2026.

How many ambassadors should be trained in a cohort?
A training session typically consists of about ten participants, allowing everyone to practice leading activities. Organizations that deploy on a large scale run several successive sessions.
What profile is needed to become an AI ambassador?
No technical skills are required. The best liaisons are volunteer professionals in their field, comfortable leading a group and respected by their colleagues.
What does the animation kit contain? Prompt Party ?
The kit includes the complete outline of a one-hour workshop, presentation materials, practical exercises and facilitation instructions, so that the ambassador can facilitate on their own as soon as the course is completed.
Do you provide support for the initial internally facilitated sessions?
Yes. The first ones. Prompt Party are co-facilitated with a NextStart.AI trainer, then the ambassadors gradually take over until they are fully autonomous.
What is the difference between AI Ambassadors and Catalyst Managers?
The Ambassadors program trains facilitators capable of leading practical workshops for their peers. The Catalyst Managers program is designed for managers and focuses on change management strategies and 90-day action plans.
Can the program use our internal tool?
Yes. The course and animation kit are adapted to the tool validated by your IT department, whether it is Copilot, ChatGPT (Enterprise or Azure OpenAI), Gemini, Claude, Mistral or a locally installed solution.
