Airbus: a two-phase AI training program, with in-person sessions in Toulouse and remote sessions across Europe.
Following an initial collaboration with Airbus in 2025, NextStart designed and facilitated two Masterclasses, eighteen Prompt Party and an AI Bar for an entire business line: in French in Toulouse, in English remotely for Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom, always on the group's secure internal AI assistant. Approximately 470 investments.
The starting point: direct contact and a confirmed need
In early 2026, a business line within the group makes contact regarding a request for practical training: prompting, presets, RAG. The target is quickly defined: a Prompt Party level 1, in person in Toulouse and remotely for the teams from Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom.
An internal survey conducted beforehand confirms a very heterogeneous need for skills development, from the complete beginner to the regular user.
The program is structured in two phases, with internal communication prepared in advance: a launch email to the community, FAQs, and pre-booked meeting rooms. An internal co-facilitator is designated to lead demonstrations of the internal tool and take over after the program.
The plan: two waves in three weeks
Two programs Prompt Party alternating to cover six uses, a mix of face-to-face and remote learning, two languages, a single tool.
Launch Masterclass
A one-and-a-half-hour face-to-face Masterclass in Toulouse (capacity of 55, full five days after registration opened), followed by a remote Masterclass in English for European teams: 148 participants.
Fifteen Prompt Party In Toulouse
Fifteen one-hour workshops in groups of twelve, in French, on two alternating programs: "Research, Write, Synthesize" and "Analyze, Coach, Brainstorm". 107 participants over two and a half days.
Two Prompt Party en anglais
Two remote workshops for Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom: 65 then 58 participants, on the same programs.
Wave of consolidation and AI Bar
A Prompt Party A 90-minute consolidation session and a customized "AI Bar" for each use case, in small groups of six to eight where each participant brings their own real-world problem. The internal co-facilitator now provides demonstrations of the internal tool. 36 participants.
The measured results
107 to the fifteen Prompt Party in-person, 148 in the remote Masterclass, 65 and 58 in the two Prompt Party In English, 36 on the consolidation wave, plus a sold-out face-to-face Masterclass (capacity of 55).
The in-person masterclass was fully booked five days after registration opened. A second wave was decided during the program.
Immediate feedback collected on the Prompt Party in-person sessions, with enthusiastic feedback relayed internally to the community.
The internal co-facilitator, trained in demonstrations on the internal tool during wave 1, provides the demonstrations for wave 2: the business line is able to continue on its own.

What we take away from this
A successful first mission is the best salesperson for the next: the second Airbus collaboration was decided without solicitation.
Fifteen Prompt Party in two and a half days create a visible event in the company, with a dynamic that scattered sessions do not achieve.
The internal co-facilitator, trained during wave 1, leads wave 2: the business line retains control over its demonstrations and upcoming workshops.
