We provide training on your company's AI tool
We are "agnostic" regarding tools and models. The training takes place in the environment validated by your IT department, with its actual licenses and privacy settings: Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, ChatGPT Business or Enterprise (or Azure OpenAI), Gemini for Workspace, Claude for Work, Vibe by Mistral (formerly Le Chat), or an internal AI installed locally. We define the data scope with your IT department prior to the session.
Four ways to train your teams in AI
Successful AI training in a company is not just a one-day awareness session. We assemble four proven building blocks tailored to your starting point and ambition: acculturation, mastery by role, creation of agents and delegation, and then scaling with internal support.
Acculturate: to integrate an entire department – 1 hour
La Prompt Party® This is the foundational workshop: in one hour, in a collaborative and fun setting, each participant writes their first effective prompts for their own tasks. AI Masterclass sets the stage for a management committee or a large group.
- Group format, up to 12 participants in workshop, no limit in webinar.
- Designed to include all profiles, including the most reluctant.

Mastering by trade – 1 hour 30 minutes or half a day
Seventeen AI training courses by profession, built on the real situations of your teams: HR, managers, finance, marketing, communication, sales, legal, purchasing, project managers, quality, trainers, recruiters, consultants, innovation, research.
- Use cases collected beforehand through a survey of participants.
- Training booklet given to each participant at the end of the session.
- View training courses by profession →
Create agents and delegate – 1 hour to 6 days
The Agent Party® This involves each participant building their first code-free business agent. Cowork Party® learn to entrust AI with complete, multi-file, and multi-step tasks, with Claude CoworkCopilot Cowork or ChatGPT Work.
- Progressive formats: Party (1 hour or half day), Challenge (1 day), Hackathon (2 days), Studio (6 days).
- Agents and delegation flows that run on your end at the end of the session.
- Discover agent training courses →
Scaling up with internal relays – 2 half-days
The course AI Ambassadors forms a collective of referents who then themselves lead Prompt Party in their entities, with a ready-to-use animation kit and co-facilitation of the first sessions. Managers Catalyst Get your managers involved in a 90-day action plan.
- A class of 10 Champions has already co-hosted 84 Prompt Party working in pairs with our trainers.

Typical program for a one-day AI training session in a company
An example of a 7-hour internal training day, using the tool chosen by your organization, then adjusted to your business and documents.
- 9:00 to 9:30 : launch, what generative AI can and cannot do, getting to grips with the chosen tool, data not to be entrusted.
- 9:30 to 10:45 : formulate your request clearly (role, context, instructions, format), applied to an initial file brought by each participant.
- 11:00 to 12:30 : professional workshop, writing, summarizing and analyzing your real documents, with verification of sources and figures.
- 14:00 to 15:15 : create a first agent without code, an assistant reusable by the team, and test it on a recurring case.
- 15:30 to 16:45 : delegating a complete task to AI (mode Cowork or agent), then review and correct the deliverable.
- 16:45 to 17:30 : framework for use, biases and limitations, Article 4 of the AI Act, and individual 30-day action plan.
The same framework is used on Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Mistral. The one-hour format (Prompt Party®) repeats the 9:30 sequence on a single case.
Example budget for a team of 5 to 10 people
A one-day in-house training session costs between €1,800 and €2,600 excluding VAT for the entire group, up to twelve people, or between €180 and €520 excluding VAT per participant for a team of 5 to 10 people. The price does not depend on the number of participants within this limit. A written proposal will be provided within 24 business hours, without obligation.
Security, confidentiality and mandatory AI training
We have deployed our training programs in organizations with high security requirements: see our dedicated approaches for aeronautics and space, defense and the public sector et pharmaceuticals and health.
- Each session begins with what can and cannot be entrusted to the tool: difference between consumer accounts and professional offers, use of data for training, classification of your information.
- Since February 2, 2025, Article 4 of the AI Act requires companies that provide or use AI systems to take steps to develop their employees' AI skills; Omnibus Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 has made this an obligation of means. Our training programs meet these requirements and are aligned with your AI usage charter (a AI charter template (is free to download). Training twelve people and training eight hundred presents very different challenges. At this scale, the difficulty is no longer pedagogical: employees are spread across multiple sites and countries, their skill levels vary considerably, the IT department wants to maintain control over the data, and the training department must report on what has been accomplished. We roll out the training in waves, repeating the same workshop as many times as necessary, in both French and English, with an internal network providing support between sessions.
The same workshop was repeated, wave after wave, until all the relevant teams were covered: each person wrote their first useful prompts on their own files, using the company's tool. This format allowed us to involve several hundred employees at a single client's site, without ever tying anyone up for more than an hour.
Management, marketing, HR, legal, finance, purchasing: each function works on the three tasks that take up the most of its time and repeats them with AI until the application is fully understood and not just observed. See the 15 career paths.
In an organization of several thousand people, a practice only survives if it has internal support. We train this network to facilitate, answer day-to-day questions, and share successful examples, so that momentum doesn't fade a month after the last session. To build the group: free AI Ambassadors kit.
We provide participation tracking and, upon request, adoption measurements at the 30 and 90-day follow-up times expected by your training department. Haven't decided on a tool yet? Read our article on... the right AI model for each task.

Frequently asked questions about AI training in business
What exactly does AI training in a company entail?
This is an in-house training course on generative artificial intelligence, conducted exclusively for your teams, using the tool you have deployed and your actual documents. Participants don't learn "AI" in general; they learn to write, analyze, synthesize, prepare decisions, and automate tasks within their own roles, then create agents and delegate entire tasks. Each session begins with a needs assessment and is followed by a workbook.
How long should I expect it to take?
One hour is enough to bring a whole department on board with the Prompt PartyHalf a day to a full day is enough to master the basics of a profession. A complete training program (adoption, agents, delegation, ambassadors) takes four to six weeks. We recommend starting with a short, broad program, then delving deeper with the teams that need it most.
Is the training suitable for beginners?
Yes. There Prompt Party is designed to include all profiles, including the most reluctant, without any technical prerequisites. The formats Agent Party, Cowork Party and career paths are then aimed at teams already comfortable with the fundamentals.
Intra-company or inter-company?
Only available in-house: the training is built for your organization, on your tool and your use cases, which is impossible in an inter-company session.
What AI tool do you provide training on?
Regarding your company's AI: Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, ChatGPT Business or Enterprise, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Mistral, or an in-house AI solution. If you haven't yet made a choice, we can provide training on a demo tool and help you compare.
How to finance AI training in a company?
Our training courses are eligible for OPCO and ESF+ funding. NextStart is a registered training provider. The sessions are integrated into your skills development plan; we provide the program, the agreement, the attendance sheets, and the certificates required by your training department or funding body.
Do you offer distance learning and English?
Yes. All sessions are available both in person at your premises and remotely, in French and English. We have already facilitated multilingual programs for international groups.
How much does AI training cost in a company?
A Prompt Party One-hour sessions for up to 12 participants are booked in packs of three per half-day, priced from €1,300 to €1,800 excluding VAT. A full-day in-house training session for 12 people ranges from €1,800 to €2,600 excluding VAT, depending on the customization. Programs involving multiple teams or ambassadors are quoted on a sliding scale based on volume. A written proposal will be provided within 24 business hours, with no obligation. To compare prices and criteria across different providers, please see our Guide to choosing an AI training provider.
Does the AI Act make training mandatory?
Since February 2, 2025, Article 4 of the AI Act requires companies that provide or use AI systems to take steps to develop their employees' AI skills, taking into account their role and the context of use. Omnibus Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, in force since July 27, 2026, has made this an obligation of means: it no longer requires guaranteeing a "sufficient level" for each individual, and the Commission and Member States must support these efforts, particularly those of SMEs. Enforcement has been the responsibility of national authorities since August 2, 2026. The regulation does not mandate specific training, but training tailored to the actual uses of the teams is the simplest way to meet this obligation; we document this in the certificates issued.
Where to begin when training teams in AI?
Short and wide at first: a Prompt Party A one-hour training session brings the entire department to the same level, both on the internal systems and on the company's tool, using real cases. A preliminary survey identifies time-consuming tasks and assesses each team member's skill level. Only then is half a day dedicated to each role for the teams that benefit most, followed by individual agents and delegation for those who are ready. While your licenses are still being deployed, we can provide training on a demo account to test the tool in a real-world setting; as soon as your licenses are in place, we begin working on your own cases.
Can you train several hundred employees?
Yes, this is the most common approach with our clients. Deployment is organized in waves of one-hour workshops for twelve participants, both in person and remotely, in French and English, until the target teams are covered. This is complemented by a job-specific learning path for the roles that benefit most, and a network of internal ambassadors who maintain usage between sessions. We provide participation tracking and adoption metrics at 30 and 90 days, as requested by your training department.
Do you train individuals or students?
No. NextStart only works with organizations, providing in-house training: large companies, groups, public institutions, and associations. We do not offer courses for individuals, AI training for personal use, or open inter-company sessions. However, an executive, director, or senior manager can receive individual support at the request of their organization: this is our AI coaching for executives and managers, in two 2-hour remote sessions from €1,300 excluding VAT, or in four half-days.
What is the program for a day of AI training in a company?
A 7-hour in-house training day is structured around six key areas: familiarization with the tool chosen by your organization, methodology for formulating effective requests, a practical workshop using your actual documents, creation of an initial agent without code, delegation of a complete task to the AI, followed by a framework for its use, Article 4 of the AI Act, and a 30-day action plan. For a team of 5 to 10 people, expect to pay €1,800 to €2,600 excluding VAT per day for the entire group.
