Our figures in pharmaceuticals and healthcare
Two long-term programs, at a pharmaceutical laboratory and an animal health group, with results measured at each wave.
The AI challenges of the sector, as we practice them
Medical affairs, regulatory affairs, market access, quality, production, support functions: generative AI is transforming entire pharmaceutical and healthcare professions, but in an environment where every document is legally binding and compliance is non-negotiable. Our sessions are designed for this context.
- Use cases built on industry realities: scientific and regulatory summaries, literature reviews, submission preparation, competitive intelligence.
- A clear framework on data: no patient data or sensitive data used in session, classification rules given to participants.
- Bilingual French-English formats, adapted to international organizations in the sector, deployed in short waves with internal Champions.
What will change in 2026 for pharmaceuticals and healthcare
Regulations are becoming clearer, and tools are evolving from chat to agents. Our sessions incorporate these changes so your teams can adopt AI in the right framework, right now.
What we have done in your sector
Two documented programs, with their figures, at BMS France and Ceva Animal Health.
BMS France · 2024 to 2026From 20% to 72% regular use of generative AI
The tools were deployed, but usage stagnated. In six short waves over 22 months, driven by ten internal Champions, the proportion of headquarters staff regularly using Copilot and the group's internal assistant increased from 20% to 72% by the fourth wave, with a stable satisfaction level between 4,7 and 4,8 out of 5. Prompt Party and Agent Party.
Ceva Animal Health · 2024 to 2026From the French Executive Committee to seven European entities
It all started with a question from the management committee of the French subsidiary: "AI: what impact will it have on our business?". Two years later, thirteen Masterclasses and Prompt Party business activities have affected seven entities in eight countries, in French and English, each coming through a recommendation from a neighboring team.
Use cases by industry profession

Regulatory: a watchdog of the texts
Keep up with regulatory changes that actually affect your products and activities.
Quality: transforming a practice into an operational method
Formalize what is actually done into a usable procedure, ready for auditing.
Market access: conducting sourced market research
Structure the investigation, collect sources and produce a documented synthesis.
All professions: Summarizing a long document without losing the evidence
Extract the essential information while retaining useful passages and references.

Three levels, from the first prompt to the delegation
Each level builds on the previous one and is carried out either independently or progressively, in person or remotely, in French or English, using the tools already deployed at your location.
Adopt
Prompt Party® (1 hours), use cases by profession (half day) and AI ambassadors : to make the tools already deployed at your organization a daily use. This is the objective of the BMS France and Ceva programs.
Create agents
Agent Party® (1 hour or half a day) then Agent Studio : business agents created by your teams, connected to your documents and applications.
Delegate
Cowork Party® (1 hour or half a day) then Cowork Studio : entrust AI with complete, multi-step and multi-file tasks, in your environment.

Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Mistral training for the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors
We provide training on the tools your teams actually use, within your tenant and under your licenses: Copilot Chat included in Microsoft 365 or the paid Copilot M365, ChatGPT Business or Enterprise, Claude Team or Enterprise, Gemini in Google Workspace, Vibe from Mistral, or the group's internal AI assistant, as used by BMS France. Exercises take place in environments validated by your organization, without patient or sensitive data. Our training materials are updated monthly by the vendors.
Security, confidentiality and compliance
Health data, patient data, regulatory files, intellectual property: the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries handle some of the most sensitive information. Our training courses take place in environments approved by your IT department and your data protection officer, including your internal assistants, and teach everyone what can and cannot be included in an AI tool.
- Data scope: what the tool sees depending on SharePoint, OneDrive or open connector rights, and how to anticipate this before deployment.
- Health data and patient data: a simple classification rule and exercises on fictitious or public data, never on real records.
- Validation and traceability: AI prepares and accelerates, review and signature remain within your quality and regulatory processes.
- Article 4 of the AI Act: training materials and certificates that document your employees' AI proficiency.
Getting an entire laboratory or healthcare group to adopt AI
Building a team and getting AI adopted at headquarters, then across subsidiaries in several countries, presents different challenges. At scale, the difficulty is no longer pedagogical: tools are deployed but underutilized, roles have different constraints, and teams work in both French and English. We deploy in short, measured waves, with internal champions taking the lead.
At BMS France, six waves in 22 months and 99 workshops increased the proportion of employees regularly using generative AI from 20% to 72% by the fourth wave.
Ten internal Champions spearheaded the BMS France program: they promoted workshops, answered everyday questions, and shared success stories. To build your own team: free AI Ambassadors kit.
At Ceva Animal Health, thirteen Masterclasses and Prompt Party The business affected seven entities in eight countries, each coming through a recommendation from a neighboring team.

FAQ
How do you manage our quality and regulatory requirements?
Use cases are developed in collaboration with your teams, respecting your existing procedures: AI prepares and accelerates the work, while validation remains within your existing quality and regulatory processes. We provide specific training on this integration.
And what about health data?
No patient or sensitive data is used during the sessions. We train your teams on a simple classification rule that distinguishes what can enter validated AI environments from what never does.
Do you provide training for social and medico-social establishments and services (ESMS) and the medical-social sector?
Yes. Healthcare and social care facilities and services share most of the framework we already address: sensitive data, validation processes, a wide range of professions, and varying levels of digital literacy from one team to another. The sessions focus on time-saving practices that never involve accessing user data: professional documents and reports, preparing activity reports, responding to calls for proposals, and evaluation files.
Do you work with occupational health and safety services?
Yes, both with SPSTIs and internal occupational health services. The use cases addressed include regulatory monitoring, preparation of single documents and company profiles, report summarization, and providing tools for multidisciplinary teams, without any personally identifiable medical data.
Can you train our entities internationally?
Yes. At Ceva Animal Health, the Masterclasses and Prompt Party They covered seven entities in eight countries, in French and English, remotely or in person. Use cases are tailored to each business and each country with an internal contact person, and materials are available in both languages.
What AI tool do you train our teams on?
On the one you have already validated, including an internal AI assistant: Copilot Chat or Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Business or Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, or Mistral. At BMS France, the teams practiced on Copilot and the group's internal assistant. The exercises take place in your environment, with your security rules.
How much does AI training cost for a laboratory or healthcare facility?
€1,500 to €2,000 excluding VAT for a half-day session for up to twelve people, €2,000 to €3,000 excluding VAT for a full-day in-house session. Multi-phase programs, including internal Champions and adoption measures, are available upon request, with pricing decreasing based on volume.
How to finance the training?
The training is eligible for OPCO and ESF+ funding. NextStart is a registered training organization (no. 11756140675): the session is part of your skills development plan, with the agreements and documents expected by your funding body.
What happens after my request?
Flavien Besset will personally respond within 24 business hours with an initial proposal. A 30-minute scoping meeting will then allow us to clarify your teams, tools, and constraints before the detailed proposal and training agreement are finalized.
