Individual AI Coaching
AI coaching for executives
Four half-day one-on-one sessions with an AI coach, working on your real-world projects, to move from curiosity to daily AI practice, and then to a roadmap for your organization. Confidential, using your own tools, at your own pace.
Starting from €3,500 excluding VAT for four half-days · Written proposal within 24 working hours, without obligation.
Why coaching rather than training?
A leader doesn't learn AI in a classroom with their team: their files are confidential, their time is limited, and their questions are strategic before they are technical. Coaching starts with your actual schedule, your current decisions, and the tool approved by your CIO.
- Establish a personal AI practice in a few weeks: preparing decisions, monitoring, arbitration notes, public speaking.
- Build your own assistants and agents, delegate entire jobs, then have your tools built by a code agent, without depending on a third party.
- Making informed decisions for your organization: usage framework, priorities, governance, 12-month roadmap.
Four half-days, one route
Each 3.5-hour session uses one of our four practical formats, the Prompt Party, the Agent Party, the Cowork Party and the Code Party, in individual sessions and based on your real cases. Between sessions, a short mission to complete on your own and direct access to your coach to resolve a situation.
Prompt Party
Initial diagnosis, choice of environment and confidentiality rules, then your ongoing decisions processed with AI: one-page decision note, compared scenarios, devil's advocate, committee preparation.
- Prompt method applied to your documents
- In-depth research and executive synthesis
- What AI should never see
Agent Party
Build your own assistants without coding: a briefing assistant before each meeting and a sector monitoring agent, powered by your sources and tailored to your expectations.
- Your first agents, without a code
- Instructions, sources, and tone to give them
- Test an agent before relying on it
Cowork Party
Delegation of a complete mission to an agent workspace (Copilot) Cowork, Claudius Cowork or equivalent): AI reads your files, chains the steps together and gives you finished deliverables to review.
- A multi-file task delegated from start to finish
- Preparing a committee based on your files
- What can be delegated, what cannot
Code Party
A coding expert (Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent) builds a complete tool right before your eyes, starting from a simple description. Then they explain how all this changes for the organization: usage framework, priority projects, ambassador network and a 12-month roadmap for the management committee.
- Your first AI-built tool, without a developer
- Three priority projects, with managers
- Presentation to the Executive Committee (optional)
What you take with you
- A daily practice established, measured between the first and last session.
- Your personal library of prompts, assistants, and agents, documented and reusable.
- A framework note on the governance of usage in your organization.
- A 12-month AI roadmap, presentable to the management committee, with an option to AI training for executives during the day (Executive Committee) to take it on board.

FAQ
Who will be my AI coach?
Flavien Besset, founder of NextStart.AI, leads all the sessions himself, without outsourcing: ten years of transformation consulting for executive management and, since 2023, over 4,850 professionals trained in generative AI across some thirty major organizations. This AI coaching is conducted by someone who personally builds the assistants, agents, and tools he teaches you how to use.
Should we already be using ChatGPT or Copilot?
No. The first session starts from your actual level, even if you've never opened an AI assistant. Conversely, if you already use it weekly, session 1 is shortened to focus on agents and delegation.
Will my files remain confidential?
Yes. We work with the tool approved by your IT department (Copilot M365, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, or an internal solution), without transferring your documents. The coach is bound by a confidentiality agreement, and nothing discussed during the session is reused.
Where and when do the sessions take place?
At your premises, at ours in Paris, or remotely, at a rate of half a day every three to four weeks. The schedule will be set with your assistant as soon as the proposal is made.
What happens between two sessions?
You leave with a short mission to complete on a real case, and you have direct access to the coach by email or messaging, with a response within 48 working hours, to unblock a situation or validate a use.
Is it possible to coach several executives simultaneously?
Yes. Several members of the same committee can follow the process in parallel, with a joint session (session 4) to develop the roadmap together. This is often the starting point for a management committee meeting.
How much does coaching cost?
The four-half-day course is offered starting from €3,500 excluding VAT, including access between sessions and deliverables. It can be charged to your skills development plan. A written proposal will be provided within 24 business hours, with no obligation.
