The profiles we are looking for
AI Consultants and Trainers
You already lead training sessions on Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Mistral, and you know how to keep a group of twelve people hands-on with the tool for an hour as well as for a day.
Industry experts
HR, finance, marketing, communication, legal, purchasing, sales, project management, R&D: you have transformed your own practice with AI and you know how to speak to your peers in their words and with their cases.
Builders of agents and flows Cowork
You design no-code agents, you delegate entire tasks to AI, and you know how to build an autonomous team on these topics, right up to production deployment.
Facilitators and speakers
You know how to engage a management committee, lead a seminar of several hundred people, or get a group working on its AI roadmap.
What we care about
- Practice before words. Our sessions consist of guided practice from beginning to end, based on real-life cases from the participants. See our teaching method.
- The client's tool, within their environment. We provide training on AI deployed within the organization, including its settings and limitations.
- Security and confidentiality first. Each session begins with what can and cannot be entrusted to the tool. Many of our clients have high security requirements.
- Honesty about what AI can and cannot do. Neither a miracle promise nor catastrophism: useful, controlled and sustainable uses.
- A taste for being on the ground. We prepare with a subject matter expert, we adapt the exercises, we measure satisfaction and adoption.
