Ceva Animal Health: from the French Executive Committee to seven European entities, dissemination via internal recommendation
It all began in January 2024 with a question from the management committee of the French subsidiary: "AI: what impact on our business?". Two years later, thirteen Masterclasses and Prompt Party business activities involved seven entities and areas in eight countries, in French and English, with workshops rated from 8,3 to 8,72 out of 10. No entity was solicited: each came by recommendation from a neighboring team.
The starting point: a question from Comex, a Copilot pilot
In early 2024, Ceva France organized a 90-minute Masterclass for the subsidiary's management committee, coinciding with the group's initial Copilot trials. The transcript written afterward sets the tone: "a very well-prepared workshop with concrete examples tailored to our business, allowing us to quickly envision how it fits into our daily operations."
What follows is not a deployment plan brought down from headquarters, but a gradual diffusion throughout the European organization: each entity came on the recommendation of a neighboring team, from management committees to HR, finance and sales teams, from France to entities in Southern and Northern Europe.
Starting in the fall of 2024, the group's Data and AI department plans to provide support on a larger scale, and the objective outlined in the 2025 French proposal is to elevate as many employees as possible, to the highest possible level, in order to improve productivity, operational excellence, and quality of work life. The 2025-2026 sessions will be conducted using tools authorized by the group.
The system: two formats, adapted for different audiences, countries and languages
Remotely for European entities, in person at the Libourne headquarters, always with the same pair of speakers.
The Masterclass to open an audience
One and a half hours, in plenary or webinar, in French or English: Comex France (January 2024), Comex Iberia (April 2024), Comex Europe (June 2025), conference “AI, a human revolution” in the Libourne amphitheater (September 2025, 42 participants), Finance Iberia (November 2025), United Kingdom and Ireland (January 2026, 58 participants), Denmark and Sweden (January 2026, 33 participants).
The Prompt Party profession to transition to use
An hour and a half, co-constructed with a business expert who provides real cases, in a strict confidentiality framework, with live introductory survey and support distributed afterwards: Comex Iberia (July 2024), HR Iberia and Italy (September 2024), then in Libourne in September 2025 for the HR France team, the finance department and the R&D project managers, and Finance Iberia in February 2026 with Spain and Portugal.

General management, HR, finance, R&D, sales, marketing and support: each Prompt Party is built on the team's actual tasks, from financial reporting to protocol analysis.
An international system
