Will you come and train our teams at our premises in Montpellier?
Yes, that's the format we prefer: in-house, at your premises, using your specific cases and tools, with a room, screen, and internet connection for each participant. Montpellier is less than three and a half hours from Paris by TGV and is served by Montpellier Méditerranée Airport: we're happy to combine several sessions into a single visit, between Montpellier, Nîmes, and Sète. We also offer remote or hybrid sessions when your teams are spread across multiple locations.
Do you train laboratories and research organizations?
Yes. We have been training CNES since 2024 and five SATTs (Technology Transfer Acceleration Companies) within the national network, with exercises designed for research: state-of-the-art reviews, analysis of publications and patents, responses to calls for projects, and summaries in English. The examples are based on public or fictional documents, never on your unpublished results.
And what about healthcare facilities and health data?
Health data is never entered during training. We work on simulated cases, using a tool validated by your IT department and your DPO, and each session reviews the applicable rules: what can be entered into the tool, what should never be, and how to verify an answer before using it.
Which tool do you provide training on: Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini?
We focus on the platform your teams actually use, within your environment and using your licenses. We don't impose any third-party tools and adapt the exercises to the version you have, such as Copilot Chat included in Microsoft 365, or your institution's internal assistant.
How to finance the training?
Our training courses are eligible for OPCO and ESF+ funding. NextStart is a registered training organization: the sessions can be included in your skills development plan, and we provide the necessary agreements and documents to your training department or funding body.
