Training AI agents in business: create and deploy your agents
Empower your employees to create their own AI agents—useful, controlled, and tailored to their specific roles. Our progressive training programs range from building the first agent independently to industrial-scale deployment, all following the same logic: start with real-world work, select the tasks best suited to an agent, quickly prototype, and then ensure human oversight. Frequently asked questions about AI agent training
What is an AI agent in a company?
An AI agent is an assistant configured for a specific task: it receives instructions, uses your documents, and, depending on the tool, acts within your applications. Unlike a simple prompt, it can be reused and shared within the team. The training teaches you how to choose the tasks that warrant an agent, then how to build and monitor it.
Is it possible to create an AI agent without knowing how to code?
Yes. Agent Builder in Copilot, Gemini Gems, or ChatGPT's custom GPTs are configured in natural language, based on your instructions and documents. Copilot Studio and Claude's MCP connectors then take over for advanced scenarios, with support from your team members or your IT department.
What tool is used for the AI agent training?
Regarding the tool chosen by your organization: Microsoft 365 Copilot (Agent Builder and Copilot Studio), Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. The method remains the same; only the actions change. If you are still undecided, see our comparison. Which AI tool should I choose? help to decide.
How long does it take to train a team to create its agents?
One hour ofAgent Party This is enough to build a first agent. In half a day, each participant leaves with two to three operational agents for their own processes. The Agent Challenge (1 day), the Agent Hackathon (2 days), and the Agent Studio (6 days over 6 weeks) go all the way to complex agents and their deployment in production.
How much does AI agent training cost?
A half-day session for up to twelve participants costs between €1,500 and €2,000 excluding VAT, while a full-day in-house session costs between €2,000 and €3,000 excluding VAT, depending on the level of customization. This training is eligible for OPCO and ESF+ funding. A written proposal will be provided within 24 business hours, with no obligation.
Can the training be done remotely?
Yes. All sessions are available both in person and online, led live by an instructor, in both French and English. We don't offer online courses for individual study: each participant works on their own cases with guidance.
How to maintain control over data with AI agents?
Each agent is built within your organization's secure environment, using existing access rights. The training covers data scope, connector governance, agent sharing, and human oversight, in accordance with the AI governance obligation stipulated in Section 4 of the AI Act.
Do you train individuals or students?
No. NextStart only works with organizations, internally: large companies, groups, public institutions and associations.
