Why train your sales teams in generative AI?
Salespeople can better prepare and personalize their interactions, without making unverified promises or exposing prospect and customer data.
Appointments to prepare quickly
Information about the account, sectoral issues and assumptions about needs must be summarized before the exchange.
Suggestions that can be customized
The arguments and examples should correspond to the client's actual context rather than a generic formulation.
Negotiations need to be structured
Objectives, objections, concessions and scenarios require preparation consistent with the commercial policy.
Customer data to protect
CRM, contracts, rates and confidential exchanges must not be transmitted to an unapproved tool.
What your sales teams will be able to do upon exit
Six objectives, assessed during the session on the files that your teams bring.
- Write a prospecting message or follow-up based on the actual context of an account, then verify each statement before sending.
- Structuring a sales proposal or a response to a call for tenders, and adapting its benefits to the expectations expressed by the client
- Create a meeting briefing based on the account history: issues, assumed needs, discovery questions, and likely objections.
- Adapting an argument to an interlocutor and their level of maturity, by separating what is proven from what remains a hypothesis
- Recognize an unverified claim generated by the tool regarding a price, deadline, customer reference, or contractual commitment.
- Apply your internal usage rules, the GDPR, and Section 4 of the AI Act to your own records

How generative AI is transforming business jobs
AI accelerates sales preparation, personalization, and follow-up. It helps teams leverage more context without replacing customer relationships, negotiation, or salesperson judgment.
Better prepare accounts and appointments
AI can synthesize a history, structure the issues of an account and prepare relevant questions before a customer interaction.
Personalize proposals and responses
It helps to adapt a sales pitch, proposal or response to a call for tenders to the client's expectations and the elements actually available.
Strengthen preparation for negotiations
Teams can explore objections, scenarios and concessions before a meeting, while retaining responsibility for arbitration.
Improve the reliability of sales tracking
Reports, actions and important information can be better structured, with particular attention paid to customer data and confidential information.
The program, hour by hour
A balance designed to understand, practice and then secure uses in the work environment.
Schedule for the half-day (3 hours 30 minutes)
- 0 p.m. to 00 p.m. Fundamentals of generative AI applied to sales: memory, personalized instructions, reasoning and in-depth research, and what the tool actually knows about an account or market.
- 0 p.m. to 20 p.m. : prompting applied to preparing for a meeting: framing the context of the account, the interlocutor, the objective of the exchange and the level of proof expected.
- 0 p.m. to 40 p.m. : Prompts & Agents workshop on three cases brought by your teams, for example a key account meeting briefing, a prospecting sequence on a priority segment and the outline of a commercial proposal, each carried out to a usable deliverable.
- 2 p.m. to 40 p.m. : negotiation and follow-up: simulation of objections, preparation of concessions and counter-offers, meeting report and updating of CRM information.
- 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. : bias, confidentiality, GDPR, Article 4 of the AI Act, customer data and pricing conditions that do not leave your environment, then drafting your rules of use.
The 1 hour 30 minute format follows the same tight structure: 20 minutes of fundamentals, 55 minutes of workshop on two chosen cases, 15 minutes of usage framework.

Your data does not leave your environment
Customer files, sales pipeline, pricing conditions: your business information does not leave your environment.
The exercises are based on your real-world situations, never on your actual data. We develop the practical cases with your business expert using anonymized or reconstructed examples, and we work within the environment approved by your IT department: Copilot Chat, Copilot M365, ChatGPT (Enterprise or Azure OpenAI), Gemini, Claude, Mistral, or a locally installed open-source solution for the most sensitive data. No documents, files, or personally identifiable information are transmitted to a public model during the session. The final part of the training is dedicated to GDPR, the AI Act, and the development of your internal usage rules, ensuring that each participant leaves with a clear understanding of what they can and cannot submit to an AI tool.
