A day structured in four stages

  • STEP 1 – MASTERCLASS – An introductory presentation on generative AI and best practices in prompting (45 min plenary session)
  • STEP 2 – PROMPT CHALLENGE – Practical exercises to be carried out in groups based on a brief describing the challenge to be met (2 x 2.5 hours, in the morning and then in the afternoon)
  • STEP 3 – STEP BACK Small group discussions on the best practices discovered during the day, followed by evaluation using a matrix (e.g., time savings / quality improvement). Sharing of best practices and quick wins from each team in a plenary session. (45 min)
  • STEP 4 – CONCLUDING PLENARY SESSION on the strengths and weaknesses of the technology, ethical and regulatory issues, safety guidelines, as well as additional resources to explore further (30 min plenary session)
