Copilot Chat or Copilot Premium: what changes in the training, not the price
The price of a session does not depend on your team's license. What changes is the program: the training covers different procedures depending on whether or not Copilot has access to your emails, files, and meetings. - Copilot Chat
- Included at no extra cost with a Microsoft 365 business account. The training covers the art of using prompts, working with attached files, secure web search, and creating simple agents with Agent Builder. It's a good starting point before paid licenses are available.
- Copilot Premium
- That is, Microsoft 365 Copilot. Copilot is added to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; work on your emails, files, and meetings with Work IQ; the Researcher and Analyst agents; and the delegation of entire tasks with Copilot. Cowork.
- Mixed group
- When only part of the team has the license, the session is built for both audiences, at no extra cost.
- License prices
- Not included in the training. Microsoft 365 Copilot costs €26,00 excluding VAT per user per month for large enterprises with an annual commitment, and €18.20 excluding VAT for the Business offer (Microsoft public prices recorded in October 2026, to be confirmed with your reseller).
Example: How much does it cost to train 100 employees at Copilot?
- Discover : three packs of three one-hour sessions, i.e. nine groups and up to 108 people, from €3,900 to €5,400 excluding VAT, approximately €36 to €50 per person.
- Practice by profession: nine half-days for 12 people, from €11,700 to €16,200 excluding VAT per person, less when groups follow one another.
- To establish the practice: a 6 to 8 week program which combines short sessions, professional workshops, an ambassador promotion and adoption measurement at D+30 and D+90, on quote with a sliding scale price.
- To train 300 people or more: same logic in waves, with internal relay trainers for the last waves; the quote specifies the cost per person trained.

First, the number of sessions: the price decreases when several groups participate consecutively, because the preparation costs are amortized. Second, the level of customization: a session built around your own documents, processes, and Copilot agents designed for your specific business requires more preparation than a standard course. Finally, the adoption rate, when you want to track actual Copilot usage at 30 and 90 days. Travel expenses are the only additional cost for in-person sessions outside the Île-de-France region.
