Architecture and Governance, half-day
Environment, connectors, folders, roles, costs and boundary cases, validated with the IT department.
Phase 2, days 3 and 4
Build and test
Industrialization sprint, 1 day
Briefs, skills, connectors, relays and controls. Teams build, experts coach.
Test bench, half day
Nominal tests, incomplete data, failed deliverables and overruns. Measurement of rework and costs.
Real pilot training, half a day + 2 weeks
Supervisor training, real-life missions and logbook.
Phase 3, days 5 and 6
Deploy and transmit
Pilot review, half day
Delegated time, rework, quality, costs, adjustments and deployment decision.
Orchestration transfer, 1 day
Diagnosis of deviations, evolution of briefs and skills, arbitrations and orchestration kit.

The Studio comes after the Cowork Party, the Cowork Challenge and the Cowork Hackathon. It begins with a review of your workflows according to their value, frequency, complexity, sensitivity and access, to select those to be industrialized.
