Claude Cowork This is Claude's agentic workspace, Anthropic's AI: instead of answering a question, Claude performs a complete task on your files and connected tools, then delivers a finished document, spreadsheet, or presentation, under your supervision. The training, in nine lines:

Why train your teams in Claude Cowork
Since September 16, 2026, Anthropic has been gradually merging the chat and Cowork In a single interface: Claude decides for himself whether to reply in three lines or spend half an hour working on your files. Nothing signals to the user that they've just switched modes of communication. Without a structured approach, your teams will continue to simply "prompt" a tool capable of delivering a finished report, concluding that it's not so different from a chatbot.
From dialogue to delegation

It plans, reads your files, uses your connected tools, and delivers a tangible product: a formatted document, a spreadsheet with its formulas, a presentation, a well-organized folder. But you still need to be able to describe a result rather than a question.
A workspace, not a prompt

Seven hours of hands-on practice on your files: the morning to delegate, build your workspace, and connect your tools; the afternoon to work securely, streamline processes with skills and plugins, and automate tasks with scheduled workflows. The program reflects the product as it is today, not as it was in the spring: cloud-based sessions, access from the web, desktop, mobile, and Chrome, account memory, and three permission modes. Each session Cowork It runs in an isolated and temporary cloud environment, without access to your networks; access to the workstation is via the desktop application and is limited to explicitly opened folders. Your teams learn to choose the permission mode, review the plan before execution, and keep sensitive data out of the browser. Claude always requests permission before permanently deleting a file.
Administrators' side
On Team and Enterprise, the owners decide: activation of CoworkAutomatic approval removal, authorized connectors and plugins, web search, integrated browser. Sessions launched from the web, desktop, and mobile are captured by the compliance API, and events can be sent to your SIEM. We coordinate these settings with your IT department, and the training fulfills the AI proficiency requirement of Section 4 of the AI Act.

What is Claude Cowork ?
Cowork This is the agentic workspace of Claude, Anthropic's AI. Rather than responding to one message at a time, Claude takes on an entire task: it plans, reads your files, uses your connected tools, and delivers a finished product, all under your supervision. Since summer 2026, sessions have run in the cloud and can be launched from the web, desktop app, mobile, or Chrome; since September 16, 2026, Cowork gradually merges with the cat.
What license does Claude need for Cowork ?
Cowork is included in the Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans, but not in the free plan. Whenever business data is involved, we recommend Team or Enterprise, which offer centralized administration and do not use your conversations to train models. On Team, Cowork is enabled by default; on Enterprise, an owner must enable it. We help you choose and configure the setup before training.
Our teams haven't found Claude yet: is that possible?
Yes. We run the sessions on demo accounts, using sample documents, without access to your data. The session becomes a full-scale test, useful for deciding on a deployment, the approach, and the scope.
How does this differ from Claude's in-company training?
La Claude's training in the workplace covers the entire tool, from initial prompts to Projects and connected agents. Cowork being the final stage. The Claude training Cowork focuses on delegating complete tasks: workspace configuration, connectors, permissions, scheduled tasks, skills and plugins, then deployment to production.

What happens to our files and emails?
Each session runs in an isolated, temporary cloud environment. Claude only reads and writes to explicitly opened folders on a workstation via the desktop application, and the authorized connectors are chosen by your administrators. On Team and Enterprise, cloud sessions are captured by the compliance API. The scope is defined with your IT department before the training, and each participant learns to validate the plan and sensitive actions.
How much does Claude training cost? Cowork ?
Claude's training Cowork A one-day, in-house training session for twelve people costs between €2,000 and €3,000 excluding VAT, depending on the level of customization. Other formats in the range (Cowork party, Cowork Hackathon, Cowork Studio services and deployment support are available upon request. Claude licenses are not included.
How long does it take to make a team self-sufficient?
One day is enough to set up your workspace, connect your tools, delegate several tasks within your own projects, and launch your first scheduled tasks. To industrialize delegations in production, the day is extended with the Cowork Studio, six days spread over four to six weeks.
Do you offer distance learning, English language instruction, and funding?
Yes: at your premises anywhere in France or remotely, in French or English. Our training courses are eligible for OPCO and ESF+ funding.
